warm service and clean room. The staffs are very sincere and helpful. The decent interior for bathroom with warmer in the floor. Very convenient to enjoy stunning Seaview with walking distance (a few steps) to decent frech and Italian restaurants. Have got refreshed after my stay here!

We booked this small blue building, close to the bar street, rich restaurants, a direct road from the train station can be walked for ten minutes. Press the walkie-talkie on the small door to the hotel on the side to register. The front desk enthusiastically asked if you want to live here, because breakfast is also here. After decisive replacement, the more amazing room, the retro decoration, should be the old castle renovation, very large and comfortable, the breakfast room is also super beautiful, the taste is great. What I especially like is that a boy named mike just joined the job to help me with my enthusiastic luggage, really too enthusiastic. The only bad thing is that we returned to the hotel late, because the place we went was so difficult to call the car, and we had called to explain. As a result, everything was pulled out of the room as soon as I came back.

Just the most beautiful hotel with luxurious rooms that made me feel like royalty. Stunningly comfortable bed and bedding. Super clean rooms with large TV, sofa, complimentary bottles of water and a breakfast that puts large chains and others to shame. The staff were incredibly polite, welcoming and professional. Cannot wait to go back to this oasis of peace, tranquility and luxury.

We found long black hair on fresh towels and dust on the skirting board but everything else was lovely. The staff at hotel was blinking lovely. We could talk to reception all day and night if we could. Reception and restaurant staffs were brilliant and lovely can’t faulty them. Thank you Village Hotel Swansea for lovely stay.

Very decent value for a short stay. Meg , the receptionist , was outstanding and lovely. The only negative was a bit loose flush handle which we have reported to the reception.

1. The hotel's wifi is to collect money... You can only use half an hour of wifi every 24 hours, and use your own traffic for two days here. 2. Do not provide any toiletries (toothbrush / toothpaste / comb / shower cap / slippers, etc.) 3. The sound insulation effect is not good. In the middle of the night, someone walks through the door and laughs loudly. The sound insulation of the window is not good. 4. The front desk is very small and often absent?
