Whilst street parking was needed the room itself was excellent and well located for the local bars and restaurants.
Breakfast was pre supplied in a well stocked fridge as no catering on site.
Communication was great and no issues to report.
Would I use it again - big yes

GGuest UserIt is a small hotel. Burger King, Costa Coffee, WH Smith and Gregg are the lobby of the hotel. Very convenient to get food. The staffs were very friendly. Free parking available.

HHimanshu DagarI had a pleasant stay at the Ibis Swansea Hotel during my recent trip. The hotel, located waterfront area, is clean, modern, and conveniently close to the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room had very fast Wi-Fi, perfect for a short stay.

GGuest UserJust the most beautiful hotel with luxurious rooms that made me feel like royalty.
Stunningly comfortable bed and bedding.
Super clean rooms with large TV, sofa, complimentary bottles of water and a breakfast that puts large chains and others to shame.
The staff were incredibly polite, welcoming and professional.
Cannot wait to go back to this oasis of peace, tranquility and luxury.

南南花枝-1. The hotel's wifi is to collect money... You can only use half an hour of wifi every 24 hours, and use your own traffic for two days here. 2. Do not provide any toiletries (toothbrush / toothpaste / comb / shower cap / slippers, etc.) 3. The sound insulation effect is not good. In the middle of the night, someone walks through the door and laughs loudly. The sound insulation of the window is not good. 4. The front desk is very small and often absent?
