Whilst street parking was needed the room itself was excellent and well located for the local bars and restaurants.
Breakfast was pre supplied in a well stocked fridge as no catering on site.
Communication was great and no issues to report.
Would I use it again - big yes

SSesha.KanduriA decent stay overall at Premier Inn Swansea North - comfortable, clean, and largely what you'd expect from the brand. However, the breakfast experience left something to be desired across our two-day visit, and it's worth flagging for anyone who plans to make it part of their stay.
On the positive side, the continental breakfast offering was genuinely impressive in variety - plenty of pastries, cereals, fruits, and hot options available. The setup felt premium for a Premier Inn, and we appreciated the effort. That said, items frequently ran out and were not replenished promptly, which meant early risers had a notably better experience than those arriving mid-service.
Our bigger concern was on the second morning. The scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, and hash browns were all noticeably undercooked and we weren't alone in noticing. Several other guests raised the same issue, which suggests this wasn't an isolated incident but rather a broader lapse in kitchen standards that morning. This is a food safety concern and something the management should address urgently.
We'd encourage the hotel to review its breakfast monitoring procedures both for stock replenishment and, crucially, for ensuring food is cooked to a safe and satisfactory standard. It would be a shame for what could be a strong breakfast offering to be let down by operational inconsistencies. We'd consider returning, but improvements to the breakfast service are needed before we could recommend it with full confidence.

GGuest UserJust the most beautiful hotel with luxurious rooms that made me feel like royalty.
Stunningly comfortable bed and bedding.
Super clean rooms with large TV, sofa, complimentary bottles of water and a breakfast that puts large chains and others to shame.
The staff were incredibly polite, welcoming and professional.
Cannot wait to go back to this oasis of peace, tranquility and luxury.

南南花枝-1. The hotel's wifi is to collect money... You can only use half an hour of wifi every 24 hours, and use your own traffic for two days here. 2. Do not provide any toiletries (toothbrush / toothpaste / comb / shower cap / slippers, etc.) 3. The sound insulation effect is not good. In the middle of the night, someone walks through the door and laughs loudly. The sound insulation of the window is not good. 4. The front desk is very small and often absent?
