"This hotel is excellent, with a great environment perfect for a vacation. It's an ideal getaway from the hustle and bustle, making it my top choice for a relaxing break. The resort grounds are beautiful, with delightful scenery everywhere you look. The room's natural light and views are fantastic, making for a peaceful and comfortable stay. The food was delicious and exactly to my taste, and the recreational facilities are comprehensive. The staff were friendly and attentive, handling every detail perfectly. After this trip, I feel completely refreshed and rejuvenated. The overall experience was absolutely superb."

"Its just a random staycation but i love the amenities so much. Especially in the bathroom. It is very complete from comb, towel, hair dryer, cotton bud, cotton pad, sanitary plastic, plastic bag (used cloth), toothbrush and colgate, jarum dan benang, shampoo, body soap, handwash and the most thing i like they provide lotion in a big bottle also. You can use it as much as u can. We choose to include a breakfast package. Everything was good and delicious. Parking free And one thing i dont like is maybe the manager at the reception counter. He scared me with his voice tone and face. Other staff is okay. Perfect. Thats why service i rate 4 bcs minus the manager attitude Even the staff come to our room and ask if anything is incomplete"

"Arena Premier is a relatively new hotel in Seremban. The area seems to be mixed development with residence, hotel, mall, and convention / sport hall. Rooms are clean with decent amenities. Bed and pillow are confortable for a good niht sleep. Parking was secure. Breakfast was basic. Staffs are somewhat helpful especially housekeeping but front reception was a bit slow. Deposit requried for check-in and returned upon check-out. There are some eateries at a nearby commercial area downhill from the hotel. Overall, satisfactory accommodation."

"The facilities was good and there were some restaurants nearby the hotel so we don't need to search more restaurants."

"The check in were fast and just requires Rm50 as deposit. The room were clean and provided with comfortable bed. The shower area need to be added with another layer or slightly higher tiles to prevent water from flowing out of the shower area. Recommended to install door at the toilet area instead of closing with curtain to prevent smell or give more privacy to guest who uses the toilet. Overall, the experience with the hotel is still the best among other seremban 2 hotels as it's provided with parking and check in guests can enjoy the drinks at the lobby area while waiting."

"The room was large and clean. It's surrounded by eateries, and Rosyam Mart is right behind it. The only downside is that the room can be a bit noisy when other guests come and go."

"This was my first time staying at Nilai Springs Resort, and I already expected it to be an old resort. However, the experience was a bit disappointing, especially upon arrival at night. The road leading to the hotel after the guard house was very dark, with no clear signage and no street lights, making it difficult to find the entrance. When I arrived at the lobby, it looked quite nice and well-presented, possibly refurbished, which gave a better first impression. Check-in was smooth, and although I initially booked a Superior room, I upgraded to a Deluxe room because I wanted a bathtub. Walking to the room, the hallway was very dimly lit, with only faint lighting, giving a rather gloomy feeling. Once inside the room, it was clear that the resort is very old. The furniture looked extremely outdated, the bathroom fixtures were worn out, some pipes looked like they were about to break, and the bathtub was not clean. The drain for the bathtub was also broken and could not be turned properly. The room lighting was very dull, and the room was not soundproof at all—I could clearly hear other guests opening and closing doors and talking. That said, the room was very spacious, which was a plus, especially since my child could run around comfortably. Still, the overall atmosphere at night felt dark and deserted, making the hotel feel rather eerie, as if not many guests were staying there. In my opinion, the rooms really need a full refurbishment. The next morning during breakfast, I finally saw many guests around, mostly foreigners, including Chinese and Korean tourists. The breakfast was good and delicious, especially the pastries. All the pastries tasted excellent—honestly better than some five-star hotels. The swimming pool area was another highlight. The pools are huge and there are several of them. The kids really enjoyed playing there. However, part of the children’s pool looked dirty and clearly needs better maintenance. Only during the daytime did I fully appreciate the surroundings of the hotel. The view was beautiful, as the resort is surrounded by a golf course. Unfortunately, at night, the area feels very dark and gloomy. Adding more lighting around the hotel would greatly improve the overall experience. Overall, this hotel has so much potential. With proper refurbishment and better maintenance, especially in the rooms and lighting, it could be a really great resort."

"I stayed here for 3 days to attend a course nearby, and the location was perfect for that. At RM110 a night for a budget room, it’s a fair price. The room is small, fitting just a single bed, a TV, and AC. Cleanliness was acceptable, and the AC worked fine, though it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Also, the chemical smell of the bathroom detergent was quite strong upon arrival. Good enough if you just need a place to crash."
