Bohol Island Hotels with Wifi

"The loft facilities are quite new, and the bidet toilet is one of the few I'm willing to use because it looks and feels very clean. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, but the waterproofing isn't great, so a little water seeps out. The TV has YouTube, which is great for lounging on the sofa and watching TV with takeout after a day out. There aren't many dining options nearby, so you'll have to order takeout or eat at the hotel restaurant (dine-in or room service). The location is quite remote, about a 20-minute tuk-tuk ride from the bustling area. The hotel restaurant is a bit pricey, and massages need to be booked a day in advance. Breakfast is good, with both Chinese and American options, and quite tasty. The hotel has direct access to a private beach and provides free life vests for snorkeling. There's also a free shuttle service to the beach; just check the hotel's schedule. While the facilities and decor are excellent, there's one major downside: poor soundproofing. Nearby residents party every night, playing music at concert levels until 3 or 4 AM. It's so loud and lively, you might even feel compelled to get up and dance. I highly recommend bringing earplugs if you plan to stay here."

Sipping expert-level craft cocktails while watching a magnificent sunset was unforgettable. Check-out was just as fast and professional as our arrival. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!"

"We booked two separate nights, and Trip.com upgraded one night for me, while we paid to upgrade the other. It was fantastic that we were able to check in at 11 AM. I also recommend Kai Spa; it was so relaxing, both my husband and I really enjoyed it. There were a lot of Koreans, so it was a little noisy."

"The hotel room was beautifully designed and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom area was spacious and I liked that the toilet was in a separate space. We had breakfast and lunch at Restaurant Uma, and both the food and service there were good. The irony is that this is the only place where we received good service at the hotel. From check-in, my name was repeatedly addressed incorrectly as 'Mr' instead of 'Ms', both verbally by staff and in emails and greetjng cards. Despite pointing this out to the manager on Day 2, I was still addressed as 'Mr' during check out on Day 3. This was very annoying and showed a lack of attention to detail. We also noticed that some guests were served welcome drinks while others were not, which appeared quite selective. Our room was also missing the beach bag, although the staff sent one over immediately after I pointed this out. What truly disappointed us was that on Day 1, when we returned to our room after dinner, we found that our room door had been left open by the turndown service staff. All our valuables and travel documents were inside the room. The hotel checked the CCTV and insisted that this was an “isolated case.” However, we have still not received any written incident report or follow-up email regarding what happened. Leaving a guest room unsecured after turndown service is a serious operational failure. When we raised the issue with the manager, the hotel offered complimentary spa treatments and a bottle of wine as a gesture of goodwill. However, it was offered too late and we did not have time to use the spa, and we could not drink the wine. Given the seriousness of the incident, these gestures felt rather disconnected from the actual issue and did little to address our concerns. What we would have expected was a proper explanation, written follow-up and a meaningful response to the security lapse. In addition, we booked a direct pool access room specifically to enjoy the convenience and privacy of having our own pool. However, during the day, I noticed that a staff member repeatedly entered our semi-private pool area for different tasks, including picking up leaves and flowers, testing the water quality and cleaning the pool. We had virtually no privacy while we were in the room, as he kept returning to carry out these tasks. In the end, I had to ask him to leave when he appeared for the 4th time! This is a beautiful resort, but the service is severly lacking. Unfortunately, the overall experience was definitely not up to the standards I would expect from an Accor property."

"The hotel is located in Anda, away from the complex of Panglao and Tagbilaran. The entire resort has 16 rooms, closed management, very good privacy, with large white sand beaches and clean sea water. The hotel's double rowing boats and skateboards can be played for free. If you are not tall, you can snorkel at the beachside of the hotel. For free, the hotel’s diving club also provides life jackets. There are several professional diving instructors in the hotel's diving club to teach diving. The hotel's boat is going out for diving three times a day (for a fee). As long as ten minutes of boating, both my husband and I participated, seeing turtles and many fish and corals, regret it. In Panglao, I wasted time to go to Baricasa. There are many similar faults and corals on the bottom of Anda, so I can see a lot of things and the one-on-one coach here is very safe. Many guests are diving two times a day. However, this resort is located in Anda, two hours drive from Tagbilaran, renting a car from Tagbilaran to 3000P, we have a car park from Panglao to play the Butterfly Garden, the tarsier reserve and the Chocolate Hill total 5000P fare. It’s expensive, but it’s worth it. It’s not comparable to Panglao ALONA. The beach is white and delicate, and the sea is quiet and beautiful. It is suitable for families who like quiet vacation. Need to remind domestic tourists that the resort does not provide disposable items in order to reduce garbage, you need to bring your own toothbrush slippers, etc., and three meals a day are in the resort, there is basically no possibility of going out for food, wifi is slightly worse, from time to time dropped, but The original nature of the resort is kept very good, the service staff is professional and enthusiastic, the resort lives next to the OWNER family, and comes to chat with guests every day."

"I was very disappointed after seeing breakfast buffet in this hotel! Knowing that it wasn’t cheap hotel and has lots of branches over Philippines, I didn’t expect that the buffet would be considering only Philippino and Chinese taste. Eggs weren’t even cooked well, hash brown smelled with old oil, most of the food contains pork, not much fruit choice ( only two ) , coffee tasted as though coffee machine wasn’t cleaned for ages. I raised a complaint knowing I had food poisoning after 2 consecutive days! All I heard is sorry we can provide you veggies … is it a best offer knowing how much we paid for this hotel! Then at least give people option of not including breakfast to the room price. Concerning room no problem, clean and nice."

"Clean, quiet, beautiful, and thoughtful. The breakfast catered to Chinese tastes, with eggs, congee, and fresh fruit. It was our first time visiting Bohol for a week with our child, so the hotel was very important. The twin room was just right for our family of three. The hotel pool was cleaned daily. Since I spent half the day relaxing, I saw the staff cleaning the pool from our second-floor balcony. When I wasn't feeling well, I called the hotel and they immediately took action, sending medicine to my room. This was truly commendable. The hotel even processed coconut meat we brought back from outside into juice, adding milk and sugar for free. That was fantastic! We also enjoyed massages, ate lunch and dinner, and drank the hotel's fresh juices. Everything was excellent."

"This hotel is located at the tip of the southwest peninsula of Panglao Island, and tranquility is its main feature. It has a private beach, and the hotel's annex building houses commercial services for dining and shopping, although the selection isn't extensive. The hotel's own breakfast spread is incredibly rich and delicious! We were upgraded to a full ocean-view room, and the view was absolutely unbeatable. Spending two days just relaxing at the hotel was definitely worth it."

"Although Dolphin Bay isn't luxurious, it's incredibly thoughtful. My itinerary was Pamalican today, with a boat back to Cebu at 5 PM. The hotel staff told me that even if I checked out early in the morning to go out to sea, they would store my luggage for me, and I could still use the hotel's shower rooms and common areas to rest. Haha, I came back at 3 PM, took a personal hot shower, and even slept for half an hour on the large sofa next to their reception area. It really helped me recharge. I highly recommend everyone to stay here; the shower room is right inside this room."

"2nd time in Bohol and glad we picked Amorita! Its the best service and location. Nestled in a cliff in Alona beach, it felt very private & serene. The hospitality was amazing! Very Filipino aesthetic. We ended up staying in the hotel more. The restaurants are also good especially the spanish one where we had the best tapas! Worth every penny."
