The location is fantastic. It's about 300 meters to the Old Town and the Pink Church.
The room has a ceiling height of about 2.8 meters for 1/3 of its space. The other 2/3, which is the sleeping area, has a ceiling height of about 1.4-1.5 meters. It's a clever design that divides the sleeping space into two, so you and the person in the adjacent room can't see each other, but it's like a bunk bed setup. During my two-night stay, I found the surroundings to be very quiet at night.
There's a large public space for leisure and entertainment, with a ping-pong table, board games, etc. There's also a kitchen and a refrigerator. The washrooms are spacious and bright.
The front desk staff were friendly and allowed me to check in early. The cappuccino was delicious."

"The hotel is very new and the service is very good. We didn’t know there would be breakfast when we booked and we had to leave early tomorrow to go to the attractions, so the staff provided us with a packed lunch. "The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the city attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean, and there were bed side sockets which was great as some hotels don’t bother to put this. The staff are very helpful, and the breakfast offers a good variety of options.
The only downside was the elevators. They were quite slow, and during my stay the hotel seemed to be at full capacity. With only two elevators serving a large number of guests, wait times were often several minutes. In the mornings, the elevators were frequently full by the time they reached my floor, meaning I had to wait for the next one. The same issue occurred when returning to the hotel, as there was often a crowd of people queuing for the elevators at the entrance. But overall it was a good stay."

The rooms and hallways are undergoing renovation (which is definitely needed!), but no one told us about it when we booked. That was an unpleasant surprise.

Amazing
NNaveen inder singhHad a nice stay at this hotel but the hotel has some issues. Biggest one of them being parking and carrying luggage to the hotel as there is no way you can park closer to the hotel. On top of it, its a cobbled street. Say goodbye to you bag wheelies…
Secondly, being a 4star property, i would atleast expect a 24hr reception desk. Had a call from trip.com office regarding my eta to the hotel as they would close the reception desk after 10pm and we wouldnt be able to check-in if there is no staff. Thankfully staff stayed late as our flight was super delayed (Perfect easyjet moment) and checked us in before we could head out and get dinner which was past 10:45pm and almost none of the restaurants were serving dinner. So much for the first magical evening in Ljubljana!!!!
Thirdly, there is no lift being an old building which is self explanatory, but travellers with heavy luggage should be warned in advance.
Fourthly, as for the breakfast we expected a proper coffee from a 4star property, but instead there is only a small coffee machine which dispenses coffee on button press. Guys the coffee isnt nice. I would rather head downstairs to the main street with plenty of cafes around. Breakfast itself is just standard, nothing whao. For hot breakfast there is only one option - eggs (served 4 ways) wasnt great, wasnt bad!
Now for the good part, hotel is nicely decorated, clean, rooms are spacious, coffee machine and kettle inside the room. Clean towels, Comfy beds! A complimentary bubbly waiting for you in the fridge, somehow they knew you are exhausted from carrying your bags from the end of the street to the hotel and upstairs!!! 😫

MMiCabThe room was big, clean, and very cozy. The hairdryer was a good brand and didn’t dry my hair. The items in the bathroom are thoughtfully curated. The breakfast was good too. What I especially liked about the hotel was that even though the checkout was at 12 noon the front desk didn’t call me before that to remind me of my check out. I didn’t feel rushed and bothered at all. These things matter to frequent travelers: respect of space and time. Thank you, will be sure to return and recommend this to friends and colleagues!

QQuaisoir ImajicaThe hotel is conveniently located. So easy to walk around the old town from there. Near the bus terminal and the room is comfortable but the bed was too high! The toiletries are from L'occitane and smells wonderful. The breakfast is good. Lots of different types of food to try. They even helped to pack us breakfast when we were flying off in the early morning. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Airport transfer is also available. I enjoyed my stay there.

In the central area of the city, everything is convenient; very close to the central bus station, it is easy to arrange city access; a restaurant with local Slovenian dishes on the main road from the hotel is very affordable and delicious. The breakfast prepared by the hotel staff is exquisite and varied. The room is a suite, convenient to use, quality, kitchen and direct drinking faucet. In short, especially recommended!

GGuest UserGreat hotel - it’s a shame that the staff let it down.
Prior to our arrival, we contacted the hotel to let them know that we would be arriving after check-in had closed (at 10pm). They were very helpful and provided us with instructions to enter the property by ourselves using an app.
When we arrived, we managed to get into the lobby (using the app), but the room key we were given was different than the one we were told on the phone and email. As a result, we were unable to enter our assigned room.
Assuming that our room number had been changed, we tried the key in the door that matched the new number (as there were no staff or guests around, and no one was answering the phone or emails). It opened and revealed a couple, asleep, inside. Obviously, we were mortified that we had disturbed the hotel guests, and also terrified that we would have to sleep in the hotel lobby until check-in opened at 6am.
After about an hour of searching around the lobby for clues about who to contact, we knocked on some private doors. Thankfully, a man came out and used a master key to let us in. It was clear that we had woken him up (by this point it was 2am). Again, we were sorry to have done so, but were left with no choice.
After we had successfully entered our room, I sent an email to the front desk letting them know what had just happened and that we would like them to apologise (on our behalf) to the guests and staff we woke up. They never replied. In fact, every time we mentioned it, the staff member made excuses like “I wasn’t there so I don’t have anything to do with it” and “the guy who organised the late check-in was training so he made a mistake”. There was absolutely nothing in the way of an apology or compensation for the mix-up until we checked out and it was already too late. We would like the hotel to know that mistakes are bound to happen, so it is imperative that they have a back-up (emergency number or night staff) for guests who have been given the wrong room key.
In addition, since we had been travelling for a while, we were running out of clothes and needed to do a load of laundry. We followed the instructions for the housekeeping staff to collect our laundry but found that when we had returned to the hotel, the laundry had not been done and the room had not been made up. When we went downstairs to inform the staff of this, we were told “housekeeping doesn’t go back to rooms to clean them after you took off the do not disturb sign, I’ve worked in lots of hotels and this is always the policy”. This member of staff eventually helped us find an laundromat, but the contempt with which we were spoken to was unacceptable and uncaring of the fact that we, too, have plenty of experience in the hotel industry as customers. An apology would have sufficed.
Overall, it was a great hotel in a fantastic location. Just make sure you’re okay with passive aggressive communication before you book.

GGuest UserHotel is close to the Central bus station which airport bus stops there. The hotel reception is on 7th floor (the top of the building). Room is big, modern and clean. There is shared kitchen and bar also on 7th floor. Next to the hotel you can find Hertz and in the same block you also can find Avis & Budget.
And the attractions are in walkable distance.

SSERGEYGood location of the hotel: 10 minutes walk from the Lublyana bus station and 10 minutes walk from the Preschern Square. The rooms are spacious, clean but feel that the hotel is far from new, I think, since the time of Yugoslavia, but maybe I'm wrong. Breakfasts are excellent, continental, everything is, hungry will not remain.

Удобства минимальные: душ и туалет общий для М и Ж, в душевых кабинах нет геля для душа, постельное белье и полотенца старые. Для своей цены хостел соответствует, но сто раз подумайте стоит ли оно того. Заселялась поздно вечером, вроде бы все чисто. Это единственный плюс вместе с расположением.

GGuest UserLocation was superb. 10 mins walked from the bus station through the city center. It is in the old town area. Very convenient to get around. Lots of restaurants, bars and cafes.
My room was the smallest one on the roof but still some spaces for 2 beds. The toilet was very small that the water drained too slow. The bed was clean and comfortable. Just some area was dirty with dust and hairs on the side table. There is soap and shampoo but no tooth brush. No complimentary water in the room since tap water is recommended drinkable.
Breakfast was like standard hotels in europe with good croissants, bread, ham, chesses, yogurt and so on.

LLillyxiayanggongAlthough the hospital is right next door, I didn't hear any noise or ambulance sounds. It was quite quiet. The train station and attractions are all within a 10-minute walk. There is also a large supermarket downstairs that opens until 9pm. I chose this place to save on bus fare. Ljubljana is small, and all attractions are within walking distance. I went to visit the castle and took photos on the first night, but my phone ran out of battery. I found my way back to the hotel by memory, because I have no sense of direction. I just remember to go straight and turn right, and I found it myself. This means that the hotel is easy to find. The hospital is very big, with a square yellow building. I felt relieved when I saw the building from a distance. The breakfast is also OK, not many varieties, but it's enough to fill you up, and I brought an apple with me.
