"The hotel is in a great location, easily walking distance to downtown and local restaurants. The ambiance of the grounds is fantastic. The service was great. Our room had a noisy air conditioner and when we reported it, they sent someone out immediately and end up changing it out in a short amount of time. Our room was nice, it seemed like we were in an older section, but the room met our needs. The pools and hot tubs were fantastic. My only suggestion would be to re-evaluate the hours where they are open. We wanted to sit in the hot tub one cool morning but found that it didn’t open until 9. Would stay there again."

"We had a great stay overall. The location is very convenient and close to town, making it easy to get around and explore. The receptionists were friendly, welcoming, and happy to answer all of our questions, which made check-in smooth and pleasant.
The facilities are clean but could use a small refresh, especially the curtains, but it didn’t impact our comfort during the stay. The continental breakfast was good, even without the pancake maker (which the front desk kindly informed us about at check-in). The mandarins were especially delicious!
We also really appreciated that the kitchen opens in the morning and that popcorn and snacks are available in the evening. Those thoughtful touches made the stay feel extra welcoming. Overall, a convenient and comfortable place to stay with attentive staff."

"When I booked the hotel, I was induced by a private bathroom. I thought there was a room. After chackin, I couldn't find the room. The staff led us to the past. It turned out to be a youth hostel. They were all bunk beds. There were 24 bunk beds in a large room. The bed is large and it is spacious for two people. Luggage should be put in a special cabinet and a password can be set. There are many rooms in the bathroom and bathroom, all very clean, there is a public space, there is a sofa and a table. We stayed at such a hostel for the first time. On the first night, the people sitting in the living room chatted very loudly, which affected the rest a little. In a small town like Jackson, more than eight or nine hundred live in such a place. Parking is not convenient, there is a public parking lot opposite, there is a time limit for parking during the day, and parking spaces are tight at night."

"Starting with the good, the location is ideal and within walking distance of the main attractions in Jackson. The check in was fast & friendly, they have a good selection of drinks available at all times in the lobby & complimentary cookies at check in which were delicious. However, despite the lobby looking very nice and welcoming, the rooms are dingy and very dated, with carpets that needs to be replaced and peeling paint. That said, it was fine for a night’s stay where we didn’t spend much time at the hotel, but the expensive price is not reflective of the fact this is a 3 star hotel and is in desperate need of updating."

"Jackson's price is really expensive, and it is relatively cheap to stay for one night. It is a motel and the room is clean. We rushed to the plane the next morning. When we checked out, the front desk did not go to work. It was ok to put the room card in the room."

"The hotel is located in the small town of Jackson Park. The room size is OK, clean and hygienic. It is very convenient to enter by the code. There are two pools, no breakfast, the sound insulation of the upper and lower floors of the room is too poor, and everything else is fine."

AAnonymous UserThe facilities are standard for Marriott in the United States, with a simple gym and swimming pool, and the breakfast is also an ordinary American breakfast. There was a white man at the check-in desk who was very friendly and told me in detail about the surrounding tourist attractions and nearby places to eat. I didn't have breakfast but wanted to drink some milk, and the staff opened the refrigerator for me. But this hotel is so expensive, compared with other Marriott hotels in the United States

GGuest UserExtremely disappointed to find fireplace in room wasn’t even in working order / connected up which was a main reason for booking this overpriced hotel. We were told someone would fix it which of course didn’t happen and wasn’t acknowledged our whole stay. The heater remote was also broken so only had one temp flat out fan. So couldn’t have that on either. The room pictures are absolutely not that you actually get. Incredible false advertising to say the least. All in all look elsewhere. So many other great places in the area where they care for their guests.

Llulu3210I really like the hot pool spa and swimming pool, sauna room, I stay in it for a long time every day to relax, my body is warm and detoxified. The staff at the front desk are very professional and always answer questions patiently. Every day, the housekeeper cleans the room cleanly, and it feels very comfortable to return to the hotel. Will stay here next time.

Breakfast was provided in the morning. There were more types of breakfast than ordinary hotels. It was quite rich and very close to Antler Park. It's close, you can get there by walking!

We were welcomed by a lady at the reception that did not even give us a look at the evening of our arrival, the lady of the breakfast was throwing us almost the covers to the figure without even saying hello and the summit was only for 4 days The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.
