The whole house A/C and the pool heater were just added. I had some problems with a cleaner, but my new guy is awesome. Together we have scrubbed the entire house. This beautiful, fully air conditioned, 1620 sq' Poipu Kai Regency condo is very spacious with two stories and an open loft that serves as a fourth bedroom.
