The staff were all kind and the response was very good
You can have a unique experience of eating breakfast with cats, peacocks, chickens, etc.
There was a music event to play on the terrace at night by the day of the week, and enjoyed the atmosphere
Breakfast was simple but satisfied enough with yogurt and bagels
It is convenient to drink water and coffee at any time

(as of March 2026) due to the road blockade, access from the airport was a little inconvenient
Towels and sheets are not exchanged unless you ask for them.
I felt like house dust and mold in the cherry blossom room, sneezing and coughing
The sound of the air conditioner was quite loud and it was hard to sleep if it was on
Overall, although there are some details, the satisfaction is high considering the price, and I think it is a good inn to stay casually in Kauai."

Clothes were left in the closet of the room. I told the hotel exactly where the clothes were, which wardrobe and which hanger. I called several times but did not respond, and finally said no. At that time, the Tokyo InterContinental lost a suitcase key and the hotel could find it and send it to Osaka. I have a better impression of the Tokyo InterContinental, and the hotel service quality has been achieved.

The view of the hotel facing the sea is very beautiful, and the view of the Makai golf venue next door is also beautiful. The hotel windowsill can look at the sea, and many people surf every morning and evening. Valet parking and resort fees need to be paid to the hotel separately, but are good value for money. The device is indeed out of date, it is still the charger for iphone4, but you can go to the supermarket in Princeville Center to rent a DVD. Soak in the hotel and don't want to go anywhere.

This hotel is great, it is the kind of hotel in the villa, the room has everything, washing machine dryer, washing powder dryer, kitchen, dishwasher, it is very convenient, the environment is also very good, the pool hot spring is also good, the restaurant service is very good, the food is selective, After all, white rice is like that~ In short, it exceeded my expectations and liked the hotel very much.

The location was great.
The sea was right in front of me so I was able to spend a comfortable time.
Amenities were provided at a minimum, but it's better to bring your own toothbrush etc.
Coffee and tea were provided but there was no kettle.

Very good suite, facing the sea, with spring flowers blooming. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils. You can drive 10 minutes to Foodland to buy it and cook it yourself, just like at home.

The two bedroom condo we got is pretty spacious and clean. Really love the in unit laundry and dryer. The kitchen has lots of untensiles and pots. I wish they could have some cooking oil and peppers as other Airbnb usually do. The check out time is 10:00 am which is unusually early.

Location is great and the property is extremely clean and quiet. Our room was very outdated ( early 80's for furniture, carpet, bathroom) but clean and everything worked. It was spacious but bare minimum in kitchen for supplies, the coffee pot is super tiny. My only complaint is you can't extend your stay for late check out or additional day, that really impacts people on hikes and etc. We had to pack our stuff out (530am) and couldn't do late check out to come back to pack and shower. The young desk clerks stated policy for late check out was call morning of after 9am. That's ridiculous because most tourist are traveling across island exploring early. We asked at 815pm night before and staff couldn't give us late check out for next day, that's a deal breaker for us coming back to this property and was absolutely not willing to check or call management, for this reason I would avoid property if you have early tours or adventures. No one wants to pack out 5am without opportunity for late check out.

Spacious, airy room located on the 1st level with easy access to the pool and beach. Location is good with eateries and supermarket within walking distance. There's a good size gym which is useful for us to shed some pounds after tons of food tasting. The pool is crowded and vibrant with pits of camp fires around the seating areas in the evening. Its a pleasant stay generally.

Guest UserBeautiful hotel, beautiful room, beautiful swimming pool, the people working at the bar are very pleasant however disappointment at the reception level (not all of us agree) but when you pay that much you expect more consideration and kindness, it's a shame,
For the explanation, my French blue card does not pass with their strip reading system (message stating insufficient balance) except that the day before another person allowed me to insert it and make my code and as if by magic It works in fact I made purchases in town right after with this famous card.
Bad luck, I had a bad trip, I was planning to come back at the end of my trip but it clearly put me off.
