"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owners (husband and wife team) were genuinely interested to make sure all our needs were taken care of; and that all our questions were answered promptly and correctly. We felt more like part of their family instead of some foreign hotel guests. The wife is a wonderful chef! She can cook and how! We ate almost every meal at this hotel. We were sad to leave. We highly recommend this hotel, it is situated mid way up the mountain, but if you stayed elsewhere high up, most days you will be enveloped completely with heavy fog and you wouldn’t see anything at all. Tell your DiDi driver to take you all the way to the bottom of the hotel and someone will come down to help you with the luggage."

"This hotel is in the best location to visit all the rice terraces in Tiantouzhai. The onwer drove us from Ping'an Rice Terrace back to his hotel with a fee which is very reasonable price and super convenient for us. We were upgraded to a larger room with a balcony. Our room is very spacious, cleaned and very comfortable. Breakfast is free and delicious. We'd lunch and dinner from the hotel restaurant too, good menu.  We highly recommend this hotel."

"The room's location is great, and if you're traveling with elderly or children, you can enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony. The walk from the hotel entrance to Jinfoding (Golden Buddha Peak) is about 1.5 kilometers round trip, a short climb up the mountain. During National Day, peak season, driving to the Dazhai parking lot is difficult. There's a shuttle bus to the bus stop midway, then a 20-minute walk along the pedestrian path to the Dazhai parking lot. The owner will then pick you up by car and take you into the village. For meals, simply order from the hotel's first floor. The prices are reasonable and the food is delicious. The complimentary pot of glutinous rice wine was very refreshing."

"This guesthouse at Jinkeng Dazhai, Longji Rice Terraces, was absolutely fantastic – a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. The room was spotless, with great natural light and ventilation, making for a very comfortable stay. What truly blew me away was the 270-degree panoramic view; the terraced fields stretched out as far as the eye could see. Every photo I took looked like it belonged in a magazine. The scenery, whether by day or at dusk, was so beautiful I didn't want to leave. The owners were incredibly warm and genuine. Not only did they provide transfers to and from the parking lot, but they thoughtfully drove us to a scenic viewpoint on the opposite mountain, saving us a tough climb. The food at the guesthouse was authentically delicious, with fresh ingredients and generous portions. The accompanying black tea was fragrant and had a pleasant aftertaste, and their homemade rice wine was excellent – potent but not headache-inducing. Breakfast was also thoughtfully prepared, exquisite and plentiful, offering a balanced and nutritious start to the day. Eating a hearty meal before exploring the terraces just elevated the whole experience. Before we left, I casually complimented their rice wine, and the owner surprisingly gave us an extra portion as a gift. This small, unexpected gesture really warmed my heart. If you're looking for a comfortable stay, breathtaking views, and delicious, worry-free food in Longji, this place is definitely the one to choose."

"Had such a pleasant and memorable experience at this inn. The boss, Mr Yu, is super down to earth and sincere. He cooked super well too - taste is just nice, not too oily or salty. And all his ingredients are fresh from his farm, even the chickens and fishes. What a farm-to-table experience. As it is the low peak season now, he could sit down and have good chats with us. The room is huge, with an unblock mountain view. It’s also near to viewing point 2. There’s this cute inn dog who is so loyal. The room is well kept, with a balcony for you to sit and sip wine or tea. Note that there are insects because we are by the mountains but you could bring your own repellent. We slept well here. The driver, Mr Yang, who drove us up Long Ji also stayed at this inn. We asked that he drives us around for the three days we are here and send us back to Guilin city. His driving skill is very stable and he’s very well-versed with the mountain roads (as he’s a local). What can I say, this experience is simply too memorable. Human relationships forged is the magical part of travel. Would highly recommend you to come experience this inn for yourself (of course during the peak season, the boss might not have time to sit down for a chat). 在这民宿住了三天两晚，也是我们会记很久的回忆。余老板人很善良，也烧了一手好菜。食材都是新鲜的。房间搭理地很干净，我们住的很舒服。床是大床，阳台也很大。我们两个在那儿早上做瑜伽，听鸟叫声，简直太舒服了。看看老板烧菜，和嘟嘟（狗狗）玩，再和它去观景台看看。看杨师傅煮竹筒饭，煮笋，山上生活好惬意呀。这个人情味，回味无穷。"

"Mama and I had such a great experience here on our 3-day (2-night) trip to the 龙脊 rice terraces. Cannot recommend these guys enough! They were so friendly from the start and service was AMAZING.  We got quite lucky with our room. We were able to catch the sunrise every morning coming over the “back of the dragon”. Location was great too, being not too far from the 九龙五虎 and 七星半月 observation decks. Aside from the view, the place was clean with the usual amenities. Their home-cooked Guilin specialty meals also made for great dinner. Almost everything was home grown and locally sourced, and oh so tasty!  They were also great with our check-out and send-off, helping us organise a car/driver to our next stop (Yangshou) and a little farewell token that read “ 一生平安” which translates to “a lifetime of peace and safety”. We even picked up some of their monk fruit (羅漢果) and passion fruit (百香果) before we left! Thank you for making us feel so welcome 西窗月! Highly recommend booking with them! ☺️👌🏼"

"We have stayed in many hotels in china, but this hotel was by far our favorite. The room with mountain view truly had a beautiful view, and the balcony was very cozy. The owner was also very friendly, and helped us with a lot, like helping us find the right bus back to guilin, and giving us a lot of tea. Furthermore, from the hotel, you can walk straight into the ricefields, sonthe location of the hotel isnalso perfect. The first picture is the view from the hotel, the second picture is on top of the ricefield hill. Its about 20 minutes walking to this viewing point."

"This is the hotel I was most satisfied with during my trip to Guilin. First of all, the hotel has a pleasant view, in the middle of the mountain, up and down the mountain is very convenient, the view location is excellent, booked 270 degree panoramic room, the view is too beautiful, the owner's house has a private large platform, can rest tea and eat, drive can drive near the hotel. Secondly, the service was so good that the boss and his family came down to help us carry our luggage. The boss's family is particularly good, the child has a stomachache at night (before in Beijing gastroenteritis) The boss's family helps find medicine at night, busy before and after, very moved. Third, the boss's house cooked rice dishes, absolutely, delicious and affordable, we ordered fried field snails, ribs, bamboo rice. The beef that the owner marinates at home is particularly delicious. The owner brewed her own rice wine so that we wouldn't get drunk. She even renewed the glass and gave us 2 bottles of fine wine before leaving. The tea is also the local red tea. Very delicious. Fourth, the boss's house has many ethnic costumes, you can match your own, very out of the film. In short, away from the hustle and bustle, the morning rooster crows, the children are also the first time to hear this village rooster crow, very interesting. The hotel was just renovated last year and is very clean. Satisfied, next time come back, will recommend to friends!"

"Hands down, this is the homestay with the best views in the area! I found it to be incredibly good value for money. Their homemade rice wine was a real highlight – so tasty! Plus, there's a huge white cat named JOJO living there. Surprisingly, the scenery is even more beautiful on a rainy day. Breakfast was a feast, especially the rice noodles which I loved! An added bonus was the afternoon tea, featuring mini cakes, Jiangmitiao (glutinous rice sticks), fruit, and tea. The cakes were especially delicious. I even became good friends with the owner! I can't recommend this place enough. They made our trip incredibly convenient and were so thoughtful, even offering pick-up and drop-off service. The Longji Terraced Fields are absolutely breathtaking! I was genuinely reluctant to leave and definitely hope to come back next time!"
