"The staff are all very helpful, friendly and cheerful. The lobby area is well staffed with plenty of seating whilst you wait for taxi or trike. The gym is small, the pool is small, the restaurant and bar area are a good size serving nice food. Sadly the breakfast was a little disappointing if you arrive to eat later than 0930. ..You can get some breakfast cooked to order. The room was large with some good extras. Iron, ironing board, safe, slippers and gown. Tea coffee and water, kitchen area with fridge and hotplate. Bathroom good size with complementary toiletries. Shower had good supply hot water. I would stay here again.."

"This is a really great hotel. We had to book a room just to sleep before hitting the road. We got a room with two beds, which cost 2300₽, and it turned out to be a full studio apartment with a kitchen and a nice bathroom. It's located about 10-15 minutes from Real Street and the mall. We'll definitely stay here again next time. The prices at Eurotel hotels are usually similar, but this one is much better, both in terms of cleanliness and amenities. You can easily stay here for several days. Highly recommend!"

"Booked this hotel coz I attended Aurora Music Festival 2026 to see SB19. The hotel is very near the venue. The staff are accommodating. Room is clean. The room is fully equipped just like a service apartment. With stove, big ref and microwave oven. The room also has washing machine. If you don’t want to cook, they have a coffee shop, convenience store, Japanese restaurant which serves delicious food. There’s also a Korean restaurant but I was not able to try. My stay for the festival was convenient because of this hotel."

"The room is spacious, clean, you can cook if you want but it depends on the room ypu choose. WiFi has strong connection. Amenities is fantastic food as well. Come back? Definitely."

"I stayed really well during my stay with my family. The room was quiet, the bedding was fluffy and clean, the room space was spacious and the facilities were good. The friendly service of the staff I met from the lobby was really good. The location of the hostel was good, so there was a Hualen shopping mall right next to the hostel, a Hugo Mall opposite, and Rio Palace was close enough to be able to go to most nearby tourist spots in 10 to 15 minutes by car, including only happiness. I'll come here next time I come for you."

"We stayed at Prime Asia Hotel from April 15–16, and overall, we had a very pleasant experience. One thing we really appreciated was the flexibility with check-in. Although the standard check-in time is 4 PM, we arrived early at around 2 PM since we were already in the area and traveling with a toddler. Thankfully, they accommodated us, which made a big difference for our trip. The staff were consistently warm and welcoming. Whether in the hallway or the elevator, they always greeted us with a smile, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel amenities were also impressive. There’s a 24/7 café in the lobby and a rooftop restaurant that’s also open 24/7, which is very convenient. The pool is open all day as well, and since it wasn’t crowded during our visit, my mom and toddler were able to enjoy it fully. Our room was spacious and well-prepared. They even set up an extra bed for my mom, even though we didn’t request it. We also appreciated the small touches, like being given fresh, warm towels. A special thank you as well for having YouTube Premium available my baby really enjoyed watching kids’ shows, which kept them entertained. We also tried the breakfast buffet, and it did not disappoint. The tapa and bacon were especially delicious. The only downside we noticed was the limited parking space. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would definitely consider coming back."

"I got the peace and tranquility I required. The spacious rooms and bathroom were a delightful surprise, as sometimes  rooms look spacious only in photos. Aircon is cold and NETFLIX is a bonus. I liked that when you open the sliding doors, you are greeted by an outdoor ambiance and not artificially lighted hallways in traditional hotels. From front desk (all shifts), room service and guards, they were all so courteous, accommodating and friendly. Would definitely come back to Winds. Highly recommended. Thank you for a nice stay experience."

"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spotless, well-appointed, and offered all the comforts I needed for a relaxing stay. The only downside is the location—it’s a bit removed from the main attractions and requires extra travel time. While this might not be ideal for those wanting to be in the heart of the city, the quality of the hotel itself more than makes up for it."

"I enjoyed my stay at Grand Central. The location is right in the middle of Red Street so it's right in the middle of the nightlife. Comes with 2 waters, ice cold AC, and the room key is an old school 🔑. Look like it used to have an elevator, but luckily I was only on the 2nd floor."
