"Our experience was magnificent. We are a vegan couple and the restaurant staff really went out of their way to satisfy our every need. The welcome, from check-in to the last day of our stay, was the best we had ever received. Big smiles and really good manners. The room was as great. The towels smelled of laundry softener and the room was always very clean. The hotel is beautiful with its enchanting garden of cactus plants of all species and a view of the desert and barren mountains. In short, a really good hotel to recommend without doubt to everyone."

"Everything was great, staff, atmosphere, facilities and fun. The hostel is 10 minutes walk from the beach and next to the shopping center with a supermarket, shops and restaurants. Possibility of booking surf and kite lessons."

"Just got back from a 5 night stay here, and really enjoyed it - would return, but would request a different room. Only negative was that our room was right by reception , which also meant our bedroom backed onto the road- this wasn't an issue until 5-6am in the morning when things were being delivered to the hotel and would wake us up- better sound proofing windows or being provided with some earplugs would have been great. The second time it happened we were going to ask to move but we'd unpacked and weren't there for much longer so just decided to leave it. Other than this we really liked the hotel, staff were lovely and welcoming- cava on arrival and got taken straight to lunch which is appreciated after travelling. As a vegan it can be a struggle to eat properly on holiday but honestly the food was great and I was full the entire time! Vegan options with every meal time that didn't just feel like an add on - there were dishes with lentils, chickpeas, beans, quinoa etc, and a pasta dish, salads, roasted veggies - all genuinely so tasty! The quinoa was the best I've had. Would have loved a vegan ice cream or sorbet option as puddings were limiting but always lots of fruit. Also the coconut yogurt at breakfast should be better labeled as they're all in the same bowls and the signs get moved so one morning I made a bowl up which turned out to be normal yogurt - maybe the hotel could put the vegan yogurt in a different colour bowl to help identify? Other than this I was impressed with vegan and veggie options ! Also (this is explained on arrival) if you tell the reception you're happy for your room to not be cleaned that day you get either 2 premium cocktails ,or an hour in the jacuzzi with a bottle of cava! Which we took full advantage of and thought it was a really good idea :) Always space in the dining hall and doesn't feel like you're crammed together like at some big hotels. Deffo a quieter more relaxed hotel- practically in the middle of Carallejo so really close to the beach/shops etc which made it super convenient to nip out. Without those few downsides we would have given it 5* for what we payed we were really impressed :)"

"The location of the hotel isn’t very ideal. It’s out the way of the beach and main shops. The hotel itself is dirty. There is dirt sludge all around the pool and the frame and steps to the water slides. The rooms are uncomfortable and very outdated and in need of repair. The food is terrible for an all inclusive. Seems to be very repetitive with the same things every night. The floors in the restaurant and extremely slippery and the flooring around the pool and can get very hot to the point I burnt a piece of on the bottoms of my foot. They have a policy to not reserve sun beds but there all gone the night before. Staff at the reception are not very helpful and can be very rude in general. Was told the rooms would be cleaned on day 2 and 4 of stay but all they did was make the bed with the same sweaty sheets and mop the dirt around the room. The beds are camp beds and very uncomfortable. The mattress are old and some dirty needing new ones. They put covers over to hide it all. The shower plug is loose and comes off, making it dangerous. In general I wouldn’t put this above a 2 star at best. Not a place we will be visiting again. Holiday was ruined with lack of sleep on uncomfortable camp beds, Not a nice place"

"We stayed for seven nights, Slept very well and enjoyed the privacy of the property and the very attentive care of the owners who reacted very quickly to all requests .. Property is unique and spacious a great place to retreat to after a day on the beach or enjoying the very diverse culture on the island. Feels a little like South Africa 🇿🇦 acres of land either side of the roads. I would definately recommend hiring a car from the airport to fully enjoy the island. Not an island where you walk. More driving, electric bikes or full hiking. Road network is superb. Never seem so many smooth road surfaces and roundabouts. A very entertaining week."

"Bahia de lobos We went for 11 nights April 2026. Firstly, the staff are great, they were lovely and interactive to our kids, no complaints at all, all staff are lovely. Food - we really enjoyed the food, massive variety, something for everyone easily. Salad bar was great, home made pizzas, steak, beef, turkey. It had it all, kids eat really well. Evening entertainment was alright, singers, karaoke, Latin nights, one night they had people up learning salsa, it was good. We didn't really watch it but it was good. Hotel was clean and tidy, no complaints at all. There were little bits that I could say on here but they didn't impact our holiday so I'll leave it as a positive review. Drink cups you pay 1 euro and keep the cup the entire holiday but then at the end of the holiday, give them back and you get your money back. Something to be aware of, snack bar was non existent but to be honest, breakfast lunch and dinner were all spaced really well you didn't need the snack bar. You can get ice cream from the drinks bar open from around 10.30 Overall Great holiday :-)"
