"A relaxing holiday in beautiful, eventful Portugal at a pleasant hotel comprised of several villas in a quiet location with good amenities and excellent cuisine. I had half-board. The hotel is particularly suitable for guests who want to explore the country during the day. The beach is 2 km away. There's a bus stop around the corner, but a car is recommended. The grounds are very well-maintained; kudos to the gardener, the caretaker, and the entire service team. However, those who prefer a hotel holiday should look for a large hotel complex in a tourist area with an indoor pool (open in November) and entertainment."

"We stayed here for two nights. In the first night we had an amazing stay. In the second night I don’t know if it was because of the wind but our door didn’t stop making course and moving even when we pushed a chair against it to try and keep it in place. In the morning of the second day we were woken up by a lot of doors slamming. Just kept slamming which was annoying. The hotel was clean, staff was very helpful! And the pool and location is beautiful."

"It was already dark when we arrived in Lagos, and we were lucky enough to find a free parking space in front of the hotel. The hotel had a retro style, with a strong Portuguese influence. It was divided into two parts: the hotel itself and apartments. Our room was on the second floor of a two-story building, decorated with a medieval Portuguese theme. Portuguese tiles were everywhere; these tiles (blue and white Azulejos) developed after incorporating elements of Islamic pottery, Chinese blue and white porcelain, and Dutch porcelain, and are often used for large-scale interior and exterior decoration with blue and white patterns. Even the headboard of our bed was tiled. The buffet breakfast was exceptionally generous and included in the room rate. It's worth mentioning that all the tableware was from Vista Alegre, the oldest porcelain factory in Portugal and the official supplier to the Portuguese Royal Family."
