"Excellent, modern, and young hotel. Organization isn't always top-notch yet, for example, cleaning was sometimes forgotten. Nevertheless, if reported to the reception, it was immediately resolved. We had trouble opening our luggage; when reported to the reception, someone immediately came to fix it (without damage). One minor complaint: the sports facilities are too small. For such a large hotel, there's only 1 bike, 1 treadmill, etc. Many people want to work out in the morning, and there wasn't enough space. There's plenty of space by the pool, however. Very good, with various options for lounging by the pool. Good pool bar, although sometimes drinks take a while to be served. Friendly staff, good cleaning team. We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday!"

Walk to front beach and restaurants is 5 minutes , slight incline coming back but a few ways to come some nearly flat. We enjoyed the restaurant next door chiccas several nights . A really lovely stay, we will be back!"

"On arrival, we had a very nice experience. The valet and bellhop who showed us to our room was very welcoming. We requested the romance package which included a bottle of champagne and the room was set up beautifully The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bar staff, wait staff and front desk staff were very unaccommodating and at times rude. We bonded with other guests at breakfast because we were laughing about how we felt scolded by the wait staff for making simple requests such as asking to sit at an empty table with a view. We enjoyed the location, but at this price point we expected kinder and a higher level service. We would not recommend this hotel to our friends."
