"During my 4-day stay, I managed to enjoy a bit of everything, from the outdoor and indoor pools to the sauna. There's free parking available near the hotel, so there's no need to use the underground parking (unless it's high season). The room boasts a beautiful view from the ninth floor, although I feel that certain finishes should be rectified for such a new, 5-star hotel; the balcony floor seems a bit loose, and the bathroom door drags on the floor. The area is a bit windy, which you can feel through the window at night when it's quiet, but it's nothing too major. Breakfast was 'average'; I missed having natural juice, which I think would be justified given the price. The pool bar also does a good job, and their wraps/sandwiches are tasty. The sun loungers are also very comfortable."

"We booked and paid for 4 nights. We had a double booking on the first day and had to cancel the first day, which was no longer possible but they apparently kept our room free. When we arrived they gave us a disabled room The shower was clogged, the sink had rusty water, dark, only one small window There were cockroaches in the room and it was very horrible and dirty. The next day we got a different room because we were upset So out of the 4 nights we paid for we only had 2 halfway clean rooms. Breakfast was not satisfactory either. Wouldn't come again"

"Overall, the Solar de Mos Hotel delivered good value. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Beds were especially comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet with an excellent and copious selection. There were, however, several things that could be improved. Most critical, was one of safety. The hotel was locked up late at night into the early morning. When we wanted to go watch the sunset, we discovered all the doors were locked. Although there was signage on the outside, explaining how to call a night-watchman, that sign was absent (or hard to find) on the inside. If there had been a fire, we'd have been in serious trouble -- and as it was, this caused us to miss the sunrise. We were also surprised and bothered by the fact that only one 'free' key per room was provided. Other keys required a deposit. Considering that the keys were plastic entry cards, which are (or should be) reprogrammed for each client, a deposit-fee is unreasonable -- and we've never previously encountered it in any of the numerous hotels we've stayed in. Another annoyance was the ice-policy. We needed ice at various times, both to cool food and to treat a muscle injury. In both cases, the ice was doled out in very small amounts. A hotel should make ice easily available for customers. The hotel had a nice outdoor pool area, but it was somewhat uninviting because shade-umbrellas weren't up by default (you could find someone to provide an umbrella, but it would be more hospitable to simply place them in advance). Also, there were lots of ants on the patio. Maybe that was unavoidable?? Again, not something we've seen elsewhere. Some of these issues are minor, but they are easily remedied and would result in a much more hospitable experience -- turning this place from a "4-star" to "5-star" hotel (in our opinions)."

"Excellent! The room was spacious and conveniently located in the old town, making it easy to get around. Before my trip, I saw reviews mentioning complicated check-in procedures, but I didn't experience any issues. I contacted them using the phone number on my confirmation, preferably via WhatsApp; they quickly provided the key code, which was in a box near the door. The room was quiet, and the bathroom had excellent water pressure. There was air conditioning and a refrigerator. The bed was also very comfortable."

"we are a group of 22 university students from the UK who stayed at Top city hostel in Lagos at the end of May and loved it! The staff (especially Nuno and Catarina) were very helpful and responsive when we were planning our trip before hand and whilst we were there. We were there just at the start of the opening season so the hostel wasn't too busy yet but they organised a lot of activities including pub crawls and taking us to great karaoke bars etc. We also paid for the BBQ which includes lots of good food and unlimited drinks which was great! We had private rooms for our group, which are nice but not too spacious so it is nice that they they had a shared balcony for some extra space. Common area is great, lots of space to cook and chill and the breakfast that was included was great too! Sadly we didn't use the pool that much because it was quite rainy but the pool/rooftop area looked great and we had a great stay overall! Would definitely recommend this hostel :)"

"The Belver Porto Dona Maria is a Resort with a big Golfinh place. You book houses there which are en n good shape. Normally Kitchen togethee with big living room, bath with shower and pod and sleeping room. You have all things which are in a kitchen needed also a refrigerator and can cock by yourself. The friendky cleaning service (like Fatima) comes ever day and so its clean. The manager of the property will gelp you if you sre in trouble. A big swimming pool area is included to visit. You have a card for using it.Also the location is n near of the beach a small walk brings you to panorama views and amazing clips. I‘ve enjoyed the place and other people looking at my, of course its cheaper to book than a little hotel room of course Praia da loose is expensive."
