"The hotel location near the seaside is very beautiful area. About the service like meal times during the day cannot eat in the hotel restaurant. No lunch or dinner. Only breakfast. On the beach side they are small stores or kind of Imbiss to get fast food what is not so nice about the taste. Inside the hotel room very beautiful view to the ocean bed super comfortable. The AC only cooling function will be better if they can have dry function. Bathroom very good enough space. Evening beach show starts 8:30pm to 8:50 pm it’s only 20min fun after that they make off the lights slowly. Even after the show many people there suggest play longer music. Even with this experience I guess I will go again someday maybe in another month. The hotel staff very friendly and open to help you anytime"

I called the front desk multiple times in the early morning, but no one answered. Eventually, I went to the front desk and requested a room change. While there were no more cockroaches in the new room, I still saw geckos. I didn't even dare to use the private hot spring on the balcony. Summary: Facilities: They're okay, but the hotel pool has no shade. Hygiene: The ground-floor rooms seem to be a bit worse; at least I encountered cockroaches. The higher floors also have geckos, and a previous guest's bag wasn't cleaned out. Environment: It's quite secluded and quiet, suitable for relaxation. However, because it's so remote, there are no delivery services nearby, so you have to eat at the hotel. Service: The service was good. The front desk patiently resolved the issue and offered fruit as compensation."
