"The room, service and others are good, but I don't make it up because there are only two parallel foot shoes, and foreigners can have cellular, computer or other loaders that are of other kinds that are not where to shoe"

Great
GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is great because it is right at 93 park, which makes it easier to walk from there to several restaurants and to the park itself, the bed was very comfortable, the staff of the hotel is very nice and the breakfast was good. So it is basically a great place to stay if you want to be at a cool area. One thing I did not love so much was that the rooms have thin walls so I could hear whenever a person was walking in the hall, closing a door or even snoring. Another thing is that the windows were hard to open and close, to the point that I was not able to close the room window during the last night of our stay.
HHealth Joy MedicalThe hotel is in their safe zone. There is a small park next to it, which is very safe at night. There is a McDonald's and a seafood restaurant (a little expensive) in the hotel. The hotel room is good, with a good balcony (very convenient for smokers). The only problem is that there is not enough mineral water in the room, only a coffee machine but no kettle. However, there is coffee and water in the lobby. The business area also has a balcony, which is very convenient. The breakfast is also rich... So far, it is the best NH hotel I have stayed in Bogota, comparable to a 5-star hotel... It is also convenient to take Uber wherever I go. I will choose this hotel next time
GGuest UserThe room facilities are complete, the hotel restaurant is also very cost-effective, the service attitude and ability are very good, the location is good, very close to the supermarket, it is a very cost-effective choice in Bogota
JJohn SanchezThe best NH hotel in Bogotá consistently excellent service and comfort. One detail to reconsider: breakfast is now charged separately at $17, unlike previous stays when it was included. For guests staying multiple nights, this policy feels out of step. I hope they revisit this.🧘🏻♂️
On the other hand the steam room is super!
GGuest UserDue to metro construction going on, we couldn’t sleep at all. It’s not hotel fault but I wish if construction would stop at night time. Too noisy and stressful - hope hotel provide ear plug or something to avoid this stress. Breakfast was nice.
CCarmyBreakfast was delicious. Spacious and comfortable room however if your room looks onto the street it’s better to use earplugs at night when you go to sleep. The courtyard of the hotel is a good common area to relax if you want or you can relax in your room which was satisfying.
HHosanGood location in a safe neighbourhood. Many restaurants in walking distance. Face recognition entry works like a charm. Staff is custeous and very responsive through WhatsApp.
The room does not have air conditioning, not that its a big problem for us as we stayed during winter. The temperature for the shower was tricky to regulate, went from cold to hot intermittently. Staff managed to play with the water heater to get the fluctuation down to an acceptable level. Hope the problem was only for the room we stayed.
The floor could do with a proper cleaning. Found long hair in different parts of the floor.
GGuest UserService is very good, breakfast is OK. Kitchenware, refrigerator, washing machine are all available, there are many supermarket restaurants around, and there is a Chinese restaurant. It is also very close to the exhibition hall, 5 minutes walk.
Clean and clean on time every day
Facilities are OK, not old, suitable for business travel
GGuest UserLong established downtown hotel (not to be confused with its namesake the Tequendama hotel - one block away). The location is convenient for accessing public transport and the airport - although it can at first feel a little intimidating particularly at night when the area is much quieter and there are not so many options for eating. The hotel itself offers spacious suite style rooms which although a little dated are well maintained and kept very clean. I also was not aware of any noise from other guests. The WiFi was a bit patchy, and the hot water could take a while to work through (possibly because I was on a higher floor).
Breakfast was substantial with a number of local dishes, which for me were a little heavy - so perhaps more lighter options could be considered. I didn't use either the gym or spa so can't comment.
Finally, all of the staff I had contact with were very approachable and professional. I generally communicated in Spanish but I believe that the reception staff at least had English language skills. Overall, I consider that the hotel offered good value for money for the price I paid (c.£43 per night)
