GGuest UserThe service and care I received from Old town suites Quito is the best that I ever received for all the hotels I have stayed. My flight arrived at Quito in the early morning around 6:40am, I got to the hotel around 7:40am, hotel front desk employee Francisco took my luggages, provided me power cord to charge my phone, and even gave me a delicious breakfast. I felt I have been welcomed into my new home in Quito.
The hotel provided milk, yogurt, bread, juice, cheese, eggs, ham, vegetables and fruits for making breakfast yourself or you can tell them ahead of time and they can prepare breakfast for you. I have had amazing experience in this hotel.
The hotel location is great and you can walk to old town attractions. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Quito.
TTanchengyufengThe hotel is new and the restaurant is excellent. There is a shuttle bus from the hotel every half hour. There is a self-service ticket check-in machine in the lobby, which is quite user-friendly. The scenery is pleasant and the feeling is pleasant. There is a Hertz car rental station in the lobby, but the prices are better online. Car pickup and drop-off are at the hotel.
GGuest UserA hotel changed for centuries by monks' dormitory! Good service! Good environment! In winter, the hotel heating equipment is not hot enough!
The hotel room is large! Breakfast is rich!
Fresh roses are on the table every day for breakfast! Feeling great
DDiyijialvrouzongdianThe boss runs his own family. It's a bit like a homestay. There are many attractions around, but it is more dangerous to belong to the old town. If you can travel during the day. On the day I lived, my own boss personally made breakfast for me and asked me what I wanted to eat and didn't want to eat. Absolutely
VVivianSheerThe service is super in place. The plane arrived early in the morning and the hotel sent someone to pick up the plane. The breakfast was plentiful and the hotel cleaning facilities were new and clean. All staff are warm and patient.
MM14021****The most satisfying hotel during my business trip to Latin America. I have booked Hilton for everything else. Holidayinn is better. The breakfast was delicious. The front desk was polite and friendly. The room is relatively large and the hair dryer needs to be called separately. The price/performance ratio is very good. The location is also okay.
GGuest UserBreakfast is good, there are new tricks every day. The room is large. Hotel location is very good, there are supermarkets and shopping malls around. Recommended stay.
JJeremy LeeeeThe facilities at this hotel are somewhat outdated, and the decor feels a bit old-fashioned. It would be great to see some modernization in these areas. That said, the view from the upper floors is fantastic and definitely a highlight of the stay. Additionally, the breakfast was quite good, with a decent variety and tasty options. Overall, the experience was pleasant, but upgrading the facilities and decor would significantly improve the stay.
GGuest UserVery clean, good location, you can see the Cathedral Independence Square, praise, praise, praise, praise, praise, praise, praise, praise, praise
