"This hotel was chosen for my business trip. It's close to the sports park and very spacious. The front desk service was excellent! It's even bigger than the hotel I stayed at in Pegasus Water City before, and the cleanliness was also very good. It's important to note that it just opened this year, so the facilities are excellent, and it's very quiet. The bedding was also comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I come back for a visit. The only downside is that since it's newly opened, there's still a slight formaldehyde smell in the rooms."

"I stayed at this hotel for a very important job interview, and I was satisfied with the overall newness of the hotel environment. However, my stay was very disappointing. Starting at 10 PM, the noise from the next room continued loudly until after 2 AM. I was wearing earplugs, but the noise was still clearly audible. Around 2:40 AM, I was awakened by loud laughter and noise from next door, which was extremely disruptive and severely affected my rest. Since I needed to get up at 5 AM the next day, I had to contact the front desk. They only quieted down after I reminded them. In the end, I only slept about 3 hours that night, seriously impacting my important schedule the next day. When I reported the situation to the front desk the next day, the hotel did not apologize proactively or offer a solution immediately. Only after I inquired did they agree to a 2-hour late check-out, but the entire process lacked the necessary service awareness and empathy. I understand that hotels cannot completely control guest behavior, but for such a serious nighttime noise problem, they should have intervened more promptly and provided a more reasonable explanation or compensation afterward, instead of responding passively. This experience left me quite disappointed with the hotel's service and management, especially their handling of situations that disturbed guests' rest. Choose this hotel carefully. Also, please remember to report any noise from next door to the front desk immediately."

"Unforgettable... Returning to the hotel around 9 o'clock, the door room was open. Eight or nine young men and women drank and smoked in the room and the aisle. Three of them basically smoked outside the door of my room and chatted loudly. It was finally evacuated at 12:30 in the evening. I thought I could sleep well, but after a while I slept, I heard several people at the door drinking and chatting. At around 3:30 in the morning, I really couldn't sleep. Thanks to the hotel front desk for changing the room for me in time after my call, so that I could sleep comfortably for two or three hours..."
