"Extremely satisfied! When we arrived, we ordered the yak meat hotpot at the hotel's own restaurant, and it was absolutely delicious and fresh. For breakfast, they offered congee, and to my surprise, they even gave us some gifts when we checked out. They also drove us to the lower cable car station. The service was incredibly thoughtful. I genuinely recommend choosing this hotel!"

"Highly recommend this homestay! The boss family is particularly warm and caring. The homestay also has a pick-up service, which is very comfortable to ride in a business car. The room is spacious and atmospheric, the reality is the same as the platform photo, and the hygiene is very clean and tidy. The whole house is intelligently equipped with oxygen supply system, and the high altitude stay is particularly friendly; the bathroom space is large, and the room has a dry and wet separation design that directly reduces the travel time of a group of people, and the bedding is good. The store has its own restaurant, the dishes taste very OK, there is no need to find a restaurant to eat alone, next time you come to choose here!"

The hotel is clean and tidy, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. However, as a new hotel, the management and service could use some improvement. The hot water supply occasionally malfunctions, and the breakfast service struggles to keep up with demand. I hope they continue to improve their management and service standards."

"The hotel's service was absolutely amazing! I'd booked an airport pickup in advance, and when I arrived, the owner was right there to greet me. As someone not driving myself, that made me feel incredibly happy and secure. Once inside, both the common areas and the rooms were absolutely stunning. You can even try some specialty tea. It's a great spot for photos, too! I definitely need to bring my bestie here for a stay next time, and we can even take some awesome photos in traditional outfits."
