The location is convenient with several bus stops nearby, and it only takes 10 minutes to reach Sendai Station. The room size is quite large, and what surprised me most was that the bathroom and toilet were separate, and there was even an entrance hall, making it much bigger than a typical hotel room! However, the downside is that the hotel's services are quite limited. I stayed here for four nights and initially planned to have them clean the room daily, but after being told it wasn't possible, I arranged for cleaning every two days. Yet, they didn't clean it even then. The trash in the room just kept piling up, which was quite disappointing."

"I stayed at the KOKO Hotel Ekimae (Station Front) during my trip to Sendai. It just opened in April this year, so the hotel is very new and offers excellent value for money. The location is great, right on the corner of the Sendai Morning Market, which is super convenient. The only downside is that you can't store your luggage overnight, only for the same day. This might be because the hotel is smaller and has less space. We stayed here for four nights in total. We checked in on our first day in Sendai, then went to other cities for three nights, and returned here for another three nights. It was a bit of a shame that we couldn't store our luggage when we came back, but luckily our chartered vehicle was large enough, so we just kept our bags with us. Overall, the hotel's cleanliness and facilities are very good. The restaurant on the first floor provides a comfortable space for guests to relax before departure, and the staff service is also excellent. I would definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance."
