"The reception staff at the front desk are warm and welcoming, and they provide check-in matters carefully! The environment is beautiful and connected to the museum, but the museum needs to swipe the card to enter the Sakura Palace and provide a quiet environment! The reception hall offers free drinks (wine, tea, soda, etc.) and snacks (free drinks are also available in the room). Dinner and breakfast buffets are varied and delicious! The hot springs are shared with the museum, and there is an indoor and outdoor pool with sauna. Booked a free shuttle bus at the front desk directly back to Sendai, the staff waved at the door to see off, impressed! Very good stay experience!"
"I had a wonderful stay at Ryokan Tsukasa in Sendai. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel at home right away. My room was beautifully designed in the style of a traditional Japanese house, and I had the unique experience of sleeping on the floor like a true Japanese. I also loved wearing the traditional robe provided in the room — it added an authentic touch to the stay. Everything was perfect, and I would highly recommend this ryokan to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in Sendai!"
