The room is relatively simple and the location in the town is relatively biased. Very close to the beach

The hotel is very close to the pier, the room is very clean and the boss is very enthusiastic!

Absolutely stunning view ! We stayed at the ocean view and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The cabin was immaculately clean, spacious, and modern, with breathtaking views of the ocean from the private deck. We spent our days walking on the beach, The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the cabin was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the outdoor greenery. The location was perfect - just a short drive 10 minutes from the local shops and restaurants, but far enough away to feel secluded and peaceful. We can't wait to come back and stay again! From check in til Dinner was great. The place looks amazing. Love the pool and the views around the lake. Service at dinner time was non existent and with only 4 tables being used, we couldn't even get a drinks order in. Even after 5 minutrs waiting, staff decided clearing a table was more a priority, so we got up and left. Decided to head to Batemans Bay for dinner. After returning, we had no power with the room card. Tried ringing reception and after selecting 1 for urgent, no one answered. Using toilet with no light and using shower with no fan. Rooms are noisy and can hear when other rooms using their toilet and shower. Provided feedback to reception in the morning before having our pre-booked continental breakfast, to be offered coffee for compensation. Would not consider using again.

The car hotel has plenty of parking spaces and is very close to the town. Room staff is friendly. More than 1,400 prices do not include breakfast, and I feel that the price of accommodation in this area is high. But there is a fun beach in more than 30 minutes by car. There are many kangaroos.
