My daughter and I stayed in room 307 not a big room but enough for 2 we stayed for two nights lovely friendly staff and very helpful we spent are stay in the quiet suite with a big bed very comfy and all shops are a 2minute walk perfect would definitely recommend this hotel 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Trip.com messed up our booking, indicated that I booked a family room but in fact they got me a 2 single bed room, which wasn’t great for my family of 3. Premier Inn Solihull tried their best to accommodate by getting us a room with a queen bed and a sofa bed. Well done 👍

This hotel has seen better days unfortunately.. Maybe it was once a main hotel chain but the current owners are struggling to keep on top of issues. .The first room offered to me had a mouldy damp smell. The second option was better . But overall I couldn't recommend a stay here.

The environment is beautiful and the overall feeling is acceptable, but on the day of check-in, I was informed that there was a room error and was asked to cancel my booking. After contacting Trip.com's customer service, I was finally able to check in, but it was not the room I originally booked.

Other than me struggling to find it, would absolutely recommend. Bed wasn't that comfortable for me as was too hard but that's preferred taste. Service was great, accommodating me wishing for a microwave. Warm, clean and snug.

Staff were very friendly and inviting. Service from everyone was fantastic with all going above and beyond

Second time staying in this lovely hotel and did not disappoint again. Lovely location, comfortable rooms and bed and the staff are very friendly.

The location of the hotel is not very convenient. There are no good transportation facilities, supermarkets and restaurants in the surrounding area. You need to walk for a while to reach the bus station and restaurants. The hotel's front desk clerk was very nice, but the hotel did not provide comprehensive equipment, such as slippers and hairdryers.
