ZZyzyhassimVery comfortable feels like at home. Cleanlines was no doubt, outside and inside the room. Decorative that symbolizes Javanese culture and antiques. Friendly and informative staff. Pperjalanan-ausJThis hotel is under rated. We had a great stay and we’re upgraded to a suit. The room was like a small apartment with a great size balcony to watch the afternoon weather roll in and the clouds reveal mount Marapi. The suit was extremely clean and stylish with good amenities including pod coffee, glass bottled water and full set of toiletries.
Breakfast was great- many different varieties of local and western choices and also included a large bakery selection.
The location was handy - 20minute walk to Malioboro st and easy access for grabs. We hired bikes and had undercover parking and found in Google Maps to be an easy location to ride to.
I have left the staff till last… the staff here are the friendliest, kindest people I have ever met. The level of respect offered to guests is next level. I take my hat off to 101 group for the standard of staff training. Even the maintenance guys took time to say hello and make you feel welcome.
Thanks for a great stay I will %100 look for your brand when booking in future locations

AAhrixx_Staff were super friendly, will always greet you with a smile, no matter the time of the day, whether it be morning or late night. Very detailed with the cleanliness of the room and will even arrange all accessories neatly on the table,e which I find super cute haha. Location is also pretty near to most place.

Although the hotel's scenic area and pool aren't huge, they are very cleverly designed. The breakfast was also excellent and plentiful, with outdoor seating available which made for a lovely dining experience. Definitely great value for money!

FFaizMF22Had a pleasant stay at Ayaartta. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. And the room was clean, with housekeeping tidying up everyday without fail. As for the size, it was adequate, a normal sized room similar to other hotels.
I would say that all the staff (from the front desk, housekeeping, and the restaurant) were really courteous and helpful. It was service with a smile all day.
The hotel is situated on a very busy main street about 15 minutes walk from Malioboro Street. Getting around was very easy as Grab rides were readily available. I also noticed bus stops nearby which makes it convenient if you want to try the bus services.
Overall, it was more than worth the money paid. Dont expect too much though as this is not a luxury hotel.

The bathroom and toilet are separated so it's clean.
the bath water drain is a bit small,so the bath water is still stagnant,but it is still safe.
the head pillow is very high,so it is not comfortable to wear to sleep,so during the stay,i don’t use a pillow.
The concept of a room in the middle of the ceiling is good, only for those who are sensitive to the noise of mice running around, which is very disturbing, but it is still good, only when at night, the sound of mice on the horn is very annoying ...
