GGuest UserWe had wonderful 2 days at havon. Excellent rooms, stay, food, staff, facilities and more. Special thanks to pratheesh, balaji, muthu and a lady sorry i forgot her name. Rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. Food has wide variety and tasty. It’s a huge lit property so you can take a stroll day and late night. There is a small steam you can access via a small 500m trek to spend some quality time with nature. Kids have good play area and pool is neat and clean. Mountain view’s are pretty good too. Service is top notch too. Well mannered and cordial staff. All in all, well managed property with a couple of days to spend some quiet and quality time with a small or big group of people.

GGuest UserI recently stayed with extended family and had a wonderful experience. The quality of the food was exceptional. Each meal was prepared with care and truly satisfied our taste buds. Additionally, the cleanliness of the establishment stood out. Everything was well-maintained, making our stay even more comfortable. However, i did find that the resort is in a secluded location, which limited our options for exploring beyond the hotel. While it provided a peaceful atmosphere, it may not be ideal for those looking for nearby activities or dining. Overall, i highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a pleasant stay with great food and a pristine environment, but keep in mind the location when planning your visit!

GGuest UserThe stay was okay and good food items. However we have requested for hill view room to stay which were not occupied at the time our arrival. They simply given the room which is surrounded by buildings which we didn’t want to be in as we wanted to enjoy the nature view. Those rooms provided to the guests who had come after my arrival. We also mentioned that we are happy to wait until you make the arrangements, however they neglected my request by saying the rooms were full. Also mmt charged heavy charges for this room on this date, as the resort was charging 4k less than this. One more point to highlight was, we have requested for additional blanket in the night, it wasn’t addressed at all. Overall, an average customer service and room service. Nothing special to highlight.

2. Food was very delicious especially Vegatable Chettinad (as i like spicy food). 3. Room was neat & clean and comfortable.
4. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

GGuest UserThe housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful but i felt the property was not up to the mark for a 3 star rated property as shown on the make my trip app. Another thing of concern was the lunch and dinner served. We felt the paneer and chicken we ordered was not fresh. The breakfast interestingly was pretty good as compared to the previous day’s food.
