YYumika 813It was a nice hotel that I didn't want to check out. The room was large, there was a jacuzzi, and the children enjoyed it.
There were a lot of dishes in the breakfast, and I had shrimp and sailing luxuriously from the morning.
I could see sea turtles and the children were delighted!
However, I was not guided to the room even though the check-in time was too late on arrival and I was waited in the lobby. When I checked with the staff from here, ”Is the room still there?”, I was finally guided. Even when I arrived in my room, my luggage was not carried.
It was a bit disappointing when I arrived, but other than that, it was a satisfactory stay.

GGuest UserThe reception staff obviously speaks Chinese and knows that we are Chinese and speaks Japanese to us. Later, I felt that her Japanese pronunciation was very strange and asked where it was from and said it was ***. Very speechless.
The location is a bit remote and the room is slightly damp. Breakfast is not bad.
The other shop assistants are very nice.

GGuest User- Location: Sigira Resort itself is located on the lower side of the island, so the amenities are quite small. In the case of Family Mart, the nearest place is located 10-15 minutes by car, and there are not many restaurants and cafes, so you have to pay attention to that part. Restaurants attached to resorts are expensive. In the case of the sea, it's close to the beach where turtles can meet, so it's satisfactory.
-Service: The staff are friendly and one staff who speaks Korean well. There is a coin laundry (charged), a dehydrator (free), and a hotel swimming pool. The hotel swimming pool is not small, but everyone is a little worried because there is too much sand on the floor to go in without washing after swimming in the sea.
- Cleanliness: ok. Towels, pajamas, 500mL water change every day.
- Breakfast: I expected someone to be delicious, but it's not that much, it's just the breakfast level that fits the price.
- The room is spacious and the sea below is close, so if the price is not bad, it is a good resort to go for a good value for money! If the schedule is long, it would be nice to divide it into the upper accommodation instead of here.

There is a shuttle bus on the coast south of Shigira. It is really a big bus. It runs every half an hour during the day and every quarter of an hour after dinner time, making the transportation in this area quite convenient.
There is no FamilyMart or 711 in the entire southern area, and there is no decent beach, including the largest Shigira Beach. The beach in front of the hotel is basically not a beach.
The hotel itself has no recreational facilities, just a very small swimming pool, which is not only small in area, but also less than 1.2 meters deep, basically for children to play. Before noon and before dinner, it will be crowded with Japanese kids who come to travel until there is no space.
Fortunately, there are groups chasing turtles in this area, so it is convenient to go there. To go to other places, such as Yonaha and Ikema Island, you can only drive or take a taxi. It is also difficult to get a taxi at night, and the bus stops after 18:00. So you can play in whichever area you live in. If you charter a car to go around the island, it doesn't feel like you are playing on the island.
But it is still a very quiet choice, a kind of lying down vacation. If you want to have dinner around, you have to make an appointment in advance. There are quite a lot of facilities in the room, and you can also wash clothes.

GGuest UserAfter seeing a recommendation from a YouTuber, I decided to stay at this hotel on the last day of my trip. It turned out to be a wonderful, comfortable stay that exceeded my expectations, completely relieving me of my travel fatigue.
First of all, the room was extremely well-equipped with amenities and was extremely clean and comfortable. Of particular note was the large public bath, where I could refresh myself after a long day of travel. It was truly helpful for me to be able to relax both body and mind on my last night.
The dining bar on the first floor also had a stylish and comfortable atmosphere, making it especially perfect for couples. Both dinner and breakfast were of high quality and very satisfying. Of course, there are many attractive restaurants around the hotel, making the location convenient for finding a great choice.
Furthermore, there was a souvenir shop nearby, which was very helpful as I was able to successfully purchase souvenirs I had forgotten to buy on my last day. Because it's located in the city center, parking was charged, but the convenience and satisfaction outweighed that.

The hotel is very close to Sand Mountain, about 1,000 yen by taxi and 5-6 minutes away. The hotel rooms are large and have a washing machine. I didn't have a license, so I searched for the location and facilities of the hotel and booked it.
Especially good was that there was a rental cycle, there was a large bath, and it was 10 minutes walk north of Yonaha Beach. I went to Yonaha North Beach to see the sunset, but I could see the best view.
It is more than a business hotel than a resort hotel, but there is everything you need and you don't have to worry. And I was able to rest slowly in the quiet building with a large communal bath.
