The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, so you can just pop over to the nearby Aeon for groceries and cook your own meals. There's also a really nice communal hot spring bath downstairs, which was a pleasant bonus."

"I have to say that hotels in Miyako Island are really expensive at this time of year. Although the Totifito Hotel we stayed in this time is far away from the city center and there are no supporting facilities around it, the room price is nearly 1,000 yuan. The hotel is a distance away from the city, but it is very close to Miyako Airport, about a 10-minute walk. You can also call the hotel to pick you up after getting off the plane, which is a 2-minute drive. There is an AAA supermarket mall 5-6 minutes away from the hotel in the direction of the airport, with two restaurants, a bakery and MUJI. The supermarket is very large and complete. Solving dinner is not a problem. If you don’t have an international driver’s license when traveling, it is recommended to charter a car. The Miyako Island bus is really inconvenient. I recommend a local taxi charter company, 4,400 yen per hour, for two days. The attitudes of the two drivers are superb. Although they only know a little English, they can communicate very smoothly using translation software. You can ask the front desk to help make an appointment. Finally, I have to say that the sea of ​​Miyako Island is really beautiful."

"Great experience in Miyakojima! Location: The hotel is located in the center of the city, which is super convenient as a starting point to anywhere of the island: from here, the taxi to any direction is within 30 minutes at a cost of less than 3,000 yen. There is a FamilyMart across the road and you can get anything needed easily. And there are a lot of good dining places in the neighborhood. I made no reservation to any restaurant but just take a short walk randomly to the nearby restaurant every day and always find delicious food (there is one Japanese-style wagyu BBQ across the street which is super good!). Room: The room is cozy and spacious. You won’t feel it too narrow to open your suitcase as hotels in Japan elsewhere. The bed is comfortable. Facilities: There is a microwave in each floor, which is useful especially you need to leave early in the morning and have no time for breakfast. And there are also washing machines and dryers on the 1st floor, which is a must-have if you have activities in the sea. If there is any improvement I must say, that is the light in the room is too dim and it is not easy to do makeups."

Service: The service leans towards professional and efficient rather than overly enthusiastic, but responses were prompt, and communication was smooth, which was reassuring overall. Breakfast and Dinner: Breakfast offered a good variety, with both Japanese and Western options, and the quality was consistent – perfectly fine for several consecutive days. Dinner maintained a steady standard, and the price was reasonable for a resort hotel. It's a great option when you don't feel like going out. Surroundings and Overall Impression: Miyako Island generally has a slow pace, and its beaches are high quality. Using this hotel as a base, you can cover some major areas simply by using public transportation. Overall, my stay was very satisfying; the strengths were prominent, and any minor drawbacks were acceptable. If I return to Miyako Island, I would consider staying here again."

"I was very pleased with the friendly service at check-in and check-out! It was close to the beach, so I could walk to snorkeling. While it wasn't a busy area, there were plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops nearby, so I had no issues during my stay. The room was in decent condition. There was a separate laundry room and I could pay via app, which was very convenient. I also liked that they provided free ice! I didn't go in the pool, but it looked fun with the exciting music and lights! Thanks to them, I had a great trip!!"

"This hotel is very close to Shimojima Airport. The hotel helps call a taxi, and it only takes about 5 minutes to get to the airport. You can also see the airport from the hotel balcony. The hotel is very quiet, and at night you can see many stars just 50 meters away. We were even lucky enough to see a rainbow after it rained. If you like peace and quiet, you can come here for a night. Locals all rent cars, which is very convenient. The sea view from the hotel balcony is beautiful."
