Exceeded expectations! clean! tidy! The setting is perfect! It turned out to be a 150-year-old store. The service in the Millennium Hot Spring Town is very warm, simple and in place, very professional and intimate. I really enjoy this hotel, the water is very clean, the house is very comfortable, and the daily meals are full!

The people at the inn were very attentive and the atmosphere was very comfortable. The food was also delicious and there was so much we couldn't finish it. It would be nice to stay two or three nights instead of just one and relax. I would definitely use Nakamatsuya again.

It was amazing! Starting from meeting at the station and ending with perfect water temperature! I had amazing experience with kaiseki cuisine, which this hotel provide. It was so tasty and so many things, that I was overeating. 😅 And I meet a samurai (mascot) during the dinner. ☺️ The room was exactly the same with picture and really comfortable.👍🏻 It is possible to take a private bath in the hotel. I used this service and can say, that I totally enjoyed it! As you can understand, I am really impressed by this hotel. Highly recommend it!

The manager is very nice and helpful, he even prepared all the informations such as map, good places to eat etc. for our next destination. The onsen is lukewarm, we can enjoy a long bath and relax.

Kakeyu Onsen , the old onsen village located near Ueda Nagano. Very nice view and best Japanese Onsen bath culture experience . must try .
