GGuest UserAlthough the hotel is a bit old, it is very warm. The boss doesn't seem to speak English.
One berth and two meals are good.
The hotel is close to the ski resort, but not sliding in and out.

SShuishoulankaHotel service is very good, meticulous, staff friendly and friendly; dinner and breakfast Japanese food is exquisite and delicious, color and fragrance are good, dining atmosphere is also pleasant; rooms and public areas are well equipped; There is a free CMB pick-up station from the other hot spring station to the hotel (shared with other hot spring hotels), and the hotel also provides a free drop-off service to the other hot spring station. GGuest UserA great hotel, friendly staff, very delicious and diverse food. I liked everything!!! For small children not very convenient in the room because of many lifts movement is dangerous, my child fell many times and I had to walk after him on the heels.

ええねこWhen I went while looking at the navigation system by car, I was a little confused and lost, but it was a very good hotel. It was nice that everyone who responded was cheerful and kind. Also, the meal was more delicious than I imagined and surprised. Thank you very much.

GGuest UserThe manager is very nice and helpful, he even prepared all the informations such as map, good places to eat etc. for our next destination.
The onsen is lukewarm, we can enjoy a long bath and relax.
