Torrance Hotels with Parking

I booked this hotel while visiting a friend near the hotel. The location is close to the beach, which makes it convenient for my friend to take me around. The price of the hotel is similar to the Westin and Sheraton near the Los Angeles Airport, but in reality this hotel is similar to the convenience hotels in China, the rooms and lobby are relatively small, the bedding is old, and it is not worth the price.

It's definitely better than the basic accommodation. However, the Internet connection is connected every day. Free Internet wifi was a bit uncomfortable. (Not available for video meeting) The hotel seems to have to improve this.

Good value for money.. but do not expect prompt service. We reserved a room with 4 people but when checked in there were only 2 towels. We have to asked for them twice and waited for more than 1 hour to get another 2 towels that we needed. When we checked in, the hotel made clear that we had to ask for the room to be cleaned if we wanted to. They have a policy not to enter the room without the guests specifically asked then to.... which is fair and understandable. So on the second day we wanted 2 new towels. Hours later after we left for lunch, they brought 2 new ones and took 3 old ones... so we were again one short. Besides these incidents, all went fine.

Perfect location. Very nice and clean rooms. Kind staff. We loved this hotel.

I used it on a business trip to Long Beach in June 2025. *Bed (bedding): Clean and comfortable. * Surrounding noise: No interstory noise and noise from the next room. Just the room on the big roadside was noisy with the car speeding at night It's intermittent. (Not very uncomfortable) *It's separate in the kitchen, so it feels like a condo and you can cook There's a plate, a pot, and so on. *Breakfast: Simple but worth eating. * Surroundings: 5-10 minutes walk away from mart and in&out burger etc It is convenient to have. Willing to visit again ~ !!

A place for overnight stay is ok, however some of other guests start chatting, smoking, drinking outside my room from 1:30 am till 3 am and the phone in the room was not working. Complaints to the manager, friendly guy but not useful, leave me a phone number to call if happened again, which didn’t happened the second night.

We had a great experience and the customer service was awesome because she expressed to us how we can save a lot of money by doing this online

No hairdryer in room after checkout I found out you had to order one at the desk. The breakfast is just a coffee bar with granola bars Bathroom needs a serious cleaning and overhaul Hot water is fine but the shower head limits the water flow allot The room smells musty and we had to open the windows to try to have a clean smell I am sure this was a nice hotel at one time. But it needs updating Especially the hallway carpet
