Very Good
송송완근It's definitely better than the basic accommodation. However, the Internet connection is connected every day. Free Internet wifi was a bit uncomfortable. (Not available for video meeting)
The hotel seems to have to improve this.

TTheeraphong WongratanaphisanGood value for money.. but do not expect prompt service. We reserved a room with 4 people but when checked in there were only 2 towels. We have to asked for them twice and waited for more than 1 hour to get another 2 towels that we needed. When we checked in, the hotel made clear that we had to ask for the room to be cleaned if we wanted to. They have a policy not to enter the room without the guests specifically asked then to.... which is fair and understandable. So on the second day we wanted 2 new towels. Hours later after we left for lunch, they brought 2 new ones and took 3 old ones... so we were again one short. Besides these incidents, all went fine.

GGuest UserGreat place. Clean, friendly staff, large rooms.
Only vice I have is that they charge parking, daily. It's not like you're in downtown. This is a suburb, yet they charge around $27 PER DAY - which is also set to increase to $33 per day soon. Consider this in your budget before booking.
Other than that, I loved staying here. Stayed 5~6 times so far.

TTK.KIMI used it on a business trip to Long Beach in June 2025.
*Bed (bedding): Clean and comfortable.
* Surrounding noise: No interstory noise and noise from the next room.
Just the room on the big roadside was noisy with the car speeding at night
It's intermittent. (Not very uncomfortable)
*It's separate in the kitchen, so it feels like a condo and you can cook
There's a plate, a pot, and so on.
*Breakfast: Simple but worth eating.
* Surroundings: 5-10 minutes walk away from mart and in&out burger etc
It is convenient to have.
Willing to visit again ~ !!

GGuest UserMy stay was neither outstanding nor disappointing. The room was spacious and comfortable, even for four of us, which was a definite plus. Breakfast was also decent. We chose this hotel because a friend lives nearby, and they drove us around, so I can't really comment on the convenience of the location for a typical tourist. It was very quiet, which allowed for a wonderfully restful sleep.

RRifkinNo hairdryer in room after checkout I found out you had to order one at the desk. The breakfast is just a coffee bar with granola bars
Bathroom needs a serious cleaning and overhaul
Hot water is fine but the shower head limits the water flow allot
The room smells musty and we had to open the windows to try to have a clean smell
I am sure this was a nice hotel at one time. But it needs updating
Especially the hallway carpet
