Amazing
ZZhangSarahOverall, we enjoyed our stay at Miyako hotel. The hotel is at a great location, close to highway and restaurants. It is very clean and the beds are comfortable. The only thing we wished is that the gym can equip with weights.

송송완근It's definitely better than the basic accommodation. However, the Internet connection is connected every day. Free Internet wifi was a bit uncomfortable. (Not available for video meeting)
The hotel seems to have to improve this.

GGuest UserI booked a room through Ctrip. I looked at it and it should be the smallest and strangest room type on the floor. The bedding is OK, but the facilities are very old.
Maybe the hotel is old. There is a hole in the window and a device similar to an air conditioner is installed. There is almost no sound insulation. It feels like living on the street because it is next to the hospital and there are ambulances 🚑 shuttling in the middle of the night.
The location is near 9th Street, and the downtown area of Seattle is not very big... There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby.
It is worth mentioning that the restaurant is of good quality. In terms of service, the front desk phone never got through when needed... The hygiene is OK, and the bedding is OK.
The hotel valet parking is $60 a night, and you can park in the shared parking lot across the street, which is much cheaper.

GGuest UserA place for overnight stay is ok, however some of other guests start chatting, smoking, drinking outside my room from 1:30 am till 3 am and the phone in the room was not working. Complaints to the manager, friendly guy but not useful, leave me a phone number to call if happened again, which didn’t happened the second night.

RRifkinNo hairdryer in room after checkout I found out you had to order one at the desk. The breakfast is just a coffee bar with granola bars
Bathroom needs a serious cleaning and overhaul
Hot water is fine but the shower head limits the water flow allot
The room smells musty and we had to open the windows to try to have a clean smell
I am sure this was a nice hotel at one time. But it needs updating
Especially the hallway carpet
