HHaley LoweryVery helpful young lady at the front desk, I wish I would have gotten her name. She saw I was in a stressful state upon arrival and was very accommodating. She made sure items that I left on the counter were safely stored until I returned to the desk. Please tell her thank you again for being so friendly and helpful.

GGuest UserBusy hotel due to proximity to Carowinds. Breakfast was very busy and had to go out one morning. Other morning we arrived early and beat the rush. Rooms were clean and we had no issues.

GGuest UserThe rooms are well appointed but not exactly in stellar condition. For example, the bathroom door in my room was so severely warped that it wouldn't close and the toilet would take a few tries to flush completely. But the hard floors were nice and clean, the bed was reasonably comfortable (though the metal frame is loud), and the wifi was not too slow. For the price, it's worth it if you just need a place to lay your head. But if staying with multiple people in one room, it may not be so great.
