Hotel Alex Johnson Rapid City, Curio Collection by Hilton ★★★★

"The hotel is a historic building, home to many famous figures, including four presidents, such as Reagan. The interior is decorated in typical American historical style; although the decor is dated, it's still comfortable. Like most historic hotels, the rooms and bathrooms are small. It was a satisfactory stopover on the way to Billings. Badlands National Park is definitely worth seeing; the terrain is very interesting, especially the opportunity to experience it up close. I visited Mount Rushmore in the rain, and the Crazy Horse sculpture was very impressive. It's definitely worth experiencing. I hope the Crazy Horse sculpture is completed soon so I can climb it sometime."

ClubHouse Hotel & Suites Rapid City ★★★

"Booked 2 king rooms was given 2 double rooms . They would not accommodate us even after showing them the booking was 2 king rooms . Said we had to talk to upper management who was never there . We stayed 5 nights . Other than being taken advantage of with an oh well attitude it was a nice enough place . Room service picks up you towels but dont make bed or clean anything in the 5 nights we stayed."

Home2 Suites by Hilton Rapid City ★★★

"Everything was great. The only thing I recommend is having another waffle-maker machine. There was only one, backing up the line during breakfast time."
