Hotel environment service is very good. I thought that there would be discomfort at about 3000 altitude. I didn’t expect the oxygen supply in the room to be too strong. A family of three blood oxygen is stable in 96. I have a good night’s sleep in the west of Sichuan these days. There are groundhog peacock alpaca children in the park. Service: The landlady is young and capable. The room had bottled water and tea bags, and she specially arranged a room facing the Yalong River for us, with a particularly good view.

The hotel is situated on the 4th floor of a building that is part of a courtyard. You will have to peel your eyes to find the hotel’s mandarin signboard, and park your car at the basement (-3), then take the lift up. If u contact the hotel staff they will meet you at basement and carry your bags up for you. Overall we found the hotel to be a great value for money stay in Yajiang. The furnishings look new, everything is very clean and comfortable. Hot water in good working order. They also gave us a free room upgrade. The staffs are genuinely kind and friendly people. Will definitely return if we come by this area again!

Location shopping is not very convenient, the room is spacious, the air conditioning is particularly easy to use, the bathroom is not dry and wet, the water is not good, one person takes a bath in the water, scared me I didn’t dare to continue to use it, I wanted to wait for the water to go down and use it again, but I didn’t go down the next day. We were initially assigned a twin room instead of the double room we had booked. We went straight back to reception, but the woman on reception wasn't there, so a member of the restaurant staff kindly asked us to return in 10 minutes. When we came back, the receptionist got into the lift with other guests and asked us to wait again. After she returned, she continued to ignore our request and instead spent time checking in a newly arrived group and making three reservations for them before finally changing our room. We only needed a new key card for a room that was already available, so it should have taken less than a minute. The rest of the staff were polite and welcoming, but the receptionist's customer service was disappointing and made a poor first impression. The room only provided disposable towels instead of normal towels, and the window was very dirty. On a positive note, breakfast was good, and the gentleman working there was incredibly friendly and welcoming.
