"The sea view was absolutely stunning, and my kids loved it! Head up to the 7th floor rooftop for an even more amazing sunrise and sunset experience. The front desk service was excellent too; they were very prompt with printing and opening doors for us. It's a testament to their popularity that there's a constant stream of guests at the front desk, even at this time of year. The surrounding area, a Tanka fishing village, has a relaxed, down-to-earth vibe that we really enjoyed. In the evening, we could stroll along the boardwalk on the opposite beach and even saw some 'catch-the-sea' aunties (women foraging for seafood). The only minor drawback was that the cleanliness could have been a little better."

The surrounding environment is quiet and can make people completely relax. The pool is also very clean, the water quality is clear, and swimming in it is particularly pleasant. And the hotel is close to the sea, blowing the sea breeze and watching the sea view, so enjoyable. KKalaolihuanwenTo be honest, I was a bit hesitant before choosing Raffles, but after staying there, I felt it was totally worth it. The sea at Clearwater Bay is indeed beautiful; the sand is as fine as flour, and it feels wonderful to walk barefoot without any discomfort. The hotel's gardens are even more stunning than in the pictures, especially in the evening when the light slants down—every photo turns out perfectly. I made sure to visit the noodle bar at breakfast every day; the broth was incredibly fresh. Chloe was fantastic; I added her on WeChat, and she took care of any request I had right away, which made things so easy and stress-free. I was quite sad to leave; I'll definitely stay for more days next time.

GGuest UserI traveled with my best friend and stayed at the hotel for two days, so I wanted to write a proper review. We didn't do any research before choosing Xiangshui Bay; we just picked this hotel when we saw it. We drove there ourselves, which was convenient. The hotel is about 700-800 meters from the street, located in a villa area. The butler had informed us of our license plate number beforehand, as other cars aren't allowed in this area. Upon entering the villa area, I was struck by how large it was, but it felt a bit deserted. The check-in area wasn't what I expected. Having stayed at Raffles Hotel before, I assumed it would be similar, but there were only two young men there to greet us. However, I must say that the two men who greeted us were incredibly patient, and they should have upgraded my room for free—it was a whopping 500 square meters! After check-in, the butler took us to our room, and wow, it was huge! It took several minutes to get there in the sightseeing vehicle. Now, let's talk about the hotel itself. For this price, the room was excellent value. While the hotel facilities weren't particularly new, they were comprehensive and very comfortable. We had such a pleasant stay that we didn't want to leave. The butler was always available, which was wonderful. The hotel's public areas were a bit messy, perhaps due to the heavy rain, but the overall scenery was nice. I wasn't very satisfied with the food; breakfast wasn't a buffet. The hotel has its own restaurant, but it seemed rather empty. It's better to eat outside the hotel; the seafood restaurant across the street is particularly delicious, with great taste and reasonable prices. For those who prefer a quieter atmosphere, this is a great place. Renting a car would be more convenient, as it's quite far from the hotel. I would definitely bring friends here again next time. ✌️

This trip coincided with my wedding anniversary with my husband, and we chose the Capella in Sanya, which I'd been wanting to visit for a long time. I was quite worried because I'd seen a lot of mixed reviews online, but the experience here far exceeded my expectations!
The thoughtful Daisy from the culture and tourism department even brought us coconuts 🥥 for an energy boost, and an anniversary cake too~
The hotel offers a ton of activities, keeping us busy at every moment – afternoon tea, cocktail hour, evening free-flow drinks, clam digging, sailing, and many more!
Among luxury hotels, the room facilities are exceptionally new. And I absolutely, absolutely love the garden view – even more than the sea view! The large windows fulfilled all my fantasies about a garden view, and the bedding is worth mentioning; it's unique and very comfortable.
There's a Chinese restaurant and a Thai restaurant to choose from. The Thai food was delicious, and we even got to see a stunning pink sunset while dining.
The hotel's public areas are very well-maintained, and since we visited during the off-season, the experience was truly fantastic.
Complimentary mini-bar — a rich selection of snacks and soft drinks (replenished daily), including sodas, potato chips, dried fruit, etc.~
And the hotel breakfast offers a wide variety too!

The layout of the room is very warm and comfortable, and the bedding is clean and soft, which made me sleep well all night. MMICHELLNESSMy friend stayed here last time, and we decided to return to this hotel again. We booked a suite because there were four of us, and the price was quite reasonable for the season. It has a large terrace, and sitting out there at night with the sea breeze and beautiful view was lovely. I heard this is the beach where 'Sisters Who Make Waves' was filmed. The beach is private, so there are very few people, and the water temperature isn't cold, making it perfect for swimming. The hotel's breakfast was also good, and the butler service was very attentive. The room cleaning was well done. There's a night market nearby, which is convenient for dining. It's definitely a recommended hidden gem.

On the night we checked in, we wanted to take a bath, but even after the hotel disinfected the tub, there were still some minor issues. When we asked the front desk if they had disposable tub liners, they couldn't provide any. When this particular lady found out, she was so enthusiastic, patient, and incredibly proactive that she bought liners for both of our rooms out of her own pocket. We're so grateful (and regret not getting her name or employee ID)! We hope this message reaches the kind and beautiful lady who helped us. 🥰

The swimming pool is a bit small and shallow, only suitable for children. The hotel is very close to the beach and it is very convenient to go to the beach. However, if you have high requirements for the beach and sea color directly connected to the hotel, please consider it carefully. It is very convenient to take a taxi to Fenjiezhou Island, which is only a dozen minutes' drive away. The price is really super suitable, which is why I chose this place this time. EE.tiWe had an incredible experience in the hotel on Boundary island. For me the room on the first floor with diving included is the best option on the island. Front desk staff and our diving instructor were very supportive. The sunset walk around the island after the crowds left was amazing. The views from the balcony and sounds of sea waves were spectacular. The only thing I regret that we booked only one night on the island. Two or three nights could be a better option to have enough time to enjoy more activities of this paradise.

CCarlosThis hotel is peacefully located inside a residential area as an independent building, so it is far enough from the traffic and noise of the main road. The area has many amenities such as swimming pool, basketball courts, and it is a short walk to Perfume Bay. The bed is comfortable. The balcony is large and the upper floor rooms have a nice sea view up to Wanning coast and Fenjiezhou, it is beautiful at night. There is free buffet for breakfast, any many restaurants and shops in the road outside. Staff is helpful, and they let me charge my bike for free.
