The butler service attitude is very good and positive, the welcome fruit is super delicious, the takeaway needs the butler to help pick it up, very patient. The rented tram needs to be parked at the entrance, the housekeeper has a shuttle bus, and the response is very fast. The room is also very close to the beach, you can go to the infinity pool, it seems to limit the number of people, did not pay attention. The rooms are large and spacious and the private pool is very clean. The community environment is very good and quiet. Very close to Boundary Island, less food around

This guesthouse deserves the highest praise of my entire Hainan trip, surpassing all other ultra-luxury hotels I've stayed at! During our stay, we encountered Super Typhoon Kujira! Their emergency response capabilities were truly remarkable! Special mention must be given to butlers Xiao He and Wang Yang! Their service, attitude, and thoughtful consideration for our needs made our whole family feel truly at home! It also dispelled any fear we might have had during our stay due to Typhoon Kujira! They were incredibly responsive to our needs, and even when we didn't ask, they proactively considered various issues for us. To express their apologies for the power outage caused during our stay, they offered to waive one night's room rate, but we understood that this wasn't caused by the hotel and politely declined. They even upgraded our room during our stay! Absolutely fantastic!!

This stay was absolutely perfect! I was immediately struck by its beauty upon entering; the villa is nestled by the sea, surrounded by lush greenery, fragrant with flowers, and the air is fresh and clean – a tranquil haven away from the hustle and bustle, allowing my mind to truly relax. The villa's green theme exudes sophistication and a strong tropical vibe. The pool is right outside the door, perfect for taking stunning photos. The butler service was meticulous and attentive. The macarons at afternoon tea were exquisite and delicious, and the coconut chicken at dinner was a delightful surprise. The location is convenient; a ten-minute taxi ride to Riyue Bay allows you to enjoy a drink and quietly admire the sea view – romantic and relaxing. This truly is a tranquil haven by the sea, surrounded by greenery, fragrant with flowers, and with fresh air, allowing my weary soul to completely unwind. I will definitely come back!

We had a wonderfully comfortable two-day getaway, and this was my first stay at Capella, which left a fantastic impression. I'm already looking forward to checking out the soon-to-open Capella Nanjing next. First, the service: Blacky, our Cultural & Travel Ambassador, made our stay incredibly warm. From daily chats to handling our requests, messages were always answered instantly, morning or night. Blacky patiently introduced and deeply recommended various explorations and special activities, making our itinerary rich and fun. They were always eager to help without being intrusive, and this genuine warmth created unforgettable holiday memories. At Silk Road for breakfast, the restaurant manager enthusiastically introduced us to a tamarind latte, a local specialty. Even if it might not be a standard menu item, their eagerness to share local cuisine and hotel specialties, and to create surprises for guests, deeply touched me. The special blend was perfectly balanced with sweet and sour notes and excellently presented. These unexpected delights made for precious holiday experiences. Regarding the most important aspect of a holiday – the accommodation experience – the bedding quality was superb. After staying at numerous major brands for business travel, Capella Tufu Bay, Hainan's bedding comfort is one of the best, absolutely worth experiencing. As a resort hotel, it was pitch dark when the curtains were closed, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing us to easily sleep until we woke up naturally and still make it to breakfast before 11 am. The hotel grounds are extensive. While I'm no architecture expert, I adore plants. The landscaping choices and arrangements are exceptionally well-thought-out. Compared to most hotels with limited, often dense plant varieties, Capella Tufu Bay, Hainan features everything from high-reaching traveler's palms and regular palms, to mid-level broadleaf shrubs, and various ferns at ground level, all arranged in a naturally staggered way. We could call for a buggy anytime, anywhere on the grounds, but I preferred to stroll through this private, secluded garden, enjoying both shade from direct sunlight and the fragrant aroma of plants. The main pool is open until 10 PM, allowing for plenty of water play even after the hottest part of the day. Paddleboards and magic carpets were freely available and a hit with the kids. The heated pool is a 25-meter standard lap pool, and the gym is fully equipped with cardio and strength training machines, plus a ping-pong table and tennis courts – more than enough options for a holiday. My favorite part was the complimentary access to the dry sauna, steam room, massage pool, and snow room at the spa. It was a wonderful experience; my skin felt much smoother after alternating between hot and cold. For dining, the fruit Danish at Silk Road's breakfast is a must-try. Their custard cream is silky smooth and not overly sweet – I want the recipe! I also recommend ordering a bowl of Yi Mein noodles with wontons and adding a generous scoop of 'zaopocu' (a local sour vinegar) to create your own 'zaopocu' wonton noodles – everyone should give it a try! Sabai Sabai, the Thai restaurant, has excellent online reviews and was generally good. Their peanut sauce is delicious, but a word of caution: the curry beef ribs curry contains a significant amount of peanuts and has a very strong peanut base, which is quite unusual. If you're not a fan, I suggest choosing other curry options like chicken curry or crab curry. We opted for the basic room type this time, and the overall experience far exceeded our expectations. The spacious nearly 90-square-meter interior, convenient buggy service around the resort, extensive activity schedule, and consistently meticulous hospitality meant that, apart from potential differences in room views and amenities based on booking, there was essentially no sense of a 'basic room' compromise. The baseline quality is exceptionally high. I'm really looking forward to experiencing their villa suites when I visit next year.

We originally booked a three-night stay. We arrived at the hotel around 2:30 PM, but weren't able to check in until almost 4 PM. We were exhausted and frustrated, especially since there was no room for the child to rest. After getting to our room, I immediately complained and canceled the remaining two nights. After dinner, Xiao Gang from the front desk called to apologize, and they sent complimentary welcome fruit to all three rooms. The next day, Manager A Zhan also apologized and sent milk. I want to especially commend Xiao Gang from the front desk and Manager A Zhan for their prompt and sincere handling of the issue. The children also enjoyed the swimming pool. We ended up extending our stay, and overall it was quite good. Despite a few minor hiccups, their follow-up service was commendable. Thumbs up to the hotel – if I come to Lingshui again, I'll definitely stay here.

The hotel grounds exude a strong tropical vibe, with tall coconut trees and vibrant tropical greenery lining both sides of the paths. Strolling along the smooth walkways offers a continuous panorama of a soothing island landscape. You can walk directly to the hotel's exclusive, extra-long private beach, where the entire coastline offers an open, unobstructed view. The crystal-clear sea, combined with the blue sky, white clouds, and distant mountains, creates a breathtaking scene. The beach is uncrowded, so you don't have to jostle with people. You can quietly wade in the waves, take photos, and gaze at the sea, feeling completely at ease and relaxed.

We stayed here as a family with young children, and this Marriott is perfect for a family trip. It features a dedicated kids' pool and a huge indoor playground where the kids can play for hours. The room has a balcony with a great open view, and the bathroom has a wet-and-dry separation layout with fully equipped amenities. The beach is right at the doorstep, perfect for taking the little ones out for a stroll and enjoying the sea breeze in the evening. The front desk even proactively provided children's amenities—such thoughtful service. The resort boasts fantastic landscaping with tropical greenery everywhere, creating a relaxing overall atmosphere. Our whole family had a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

This is a great hotel. Our sea-view room offered stunning ocean views right from the window. The breakfast was decent. The large bed room is perfect for a family with two adults and one child. It's incredibly convenient to take the kids to the beach for swimming and digging in the sand, as it's practically right there. The hotel's off-season prices are reasonable, making it a good choice for those looking to travel during non-peak times.

The room was very basic, comparable to a budget hotel in a third or fourth-tier city. On the day we arrived on the island, we checked in quite late. The hotel hadn't informed us beforehand that we needed to book boat tickets through their system. We only found out at the pier and had to wait for the front desk to input the boat tickets into their system, which took about half an hour. We were two adults and two children, and surprisingly, we had to buy a separate boat ticket for the older child, which wasn't included in the room rate. The bottled water in the room was tiny, only 350ml, and there were only two bottles. When we asked the front desk for more, they said we could only have two and any more would need to be purchased from the shop. Absolutely speechless… Regarding the shower, when we first checked in, the front desk told us that after one person showered, we'd have to wait 15 minutes for the next person because it was an electric water heater and needed time to reheat. As for snorkeling, the sea looked very clear in the morning from the hotel. However, when we went into the water closer to noon, we found it to be very murky, possibly due to too many tourists. Even the fish weren't eating and were just floating in the water; we couldn't see them very clearly. The path to Rainbow Road was under construction, and after it rained, the road was very dirty. As a scenic spot, the experience wasn't great. However, there are some positives...

This hotel is peacefully located inside a residential area as an independent building, so it is far enough from the traffic and noise of the main road. The area has many amenities such as swimming pool, basketball courts, and it is a short walk to Perfume Bay. The bed is comfortable. The balcony is large and the upper floor rooms have a nice sea view up to Wanning coast and Fenjiezhou, it is beautiful at night. There is free buffet for breakfast, any many restaurants and shops in the road outside. Staff is helpful, and they let me charge my bike for free.
