The room is spacious and comfortable, well decorated, and intelligently controlled. For the May Day holiday, this suite is very cost-effective. The lakeside barbecue is also very good, in a self-service format, with free drinks, which is quite worthwhile. What is most commendable is that every service staff in the entire hotel, from the door security, cleaning to the lobby manager, is warm and thoughtful, very patient, and responds quickly. Special praise is given to the lobby manager, a beautiful lady in a red suit, who took her family to the orchard to pick fruits. She was dressed lightly and the weather was cold. She was waiting at the door of the orchard, very dedicated. Another brother in black in the lobby heard his son fiddling with the borrowing program in the library area, and took the initiative to ask his son if he needed help.
Improvement suggestions: 1. The quality of the welcome fruit needs to be improved; it doesn't look fresh.
2. The indoor intelligent facilities need to be repaired to ensure the experience. It seems that face recognition to open the door is completely a decoration. The front desk check-in should take the initiative to handle face entry for the guests. I don't know if there is a problem with the system. 3. The internal roads are complicated, and the instructions for each elevator are not enough. Some elevators have no instructions at all, and you will be confused when you get out of the elevator.
