"We love the water slide. The hotel has everything you need besides restaurant connect to it only provide lunch and dinner. For breakfast, we have to go Danny’s nearby. The facilities are good if you consider it as an airport hotel. There are swimming pool and gym. Water slide in swimming pool is our favourite. I recommend who has kids to go! It’s fun!"

"Great location, very convenient for getting around. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the sea view from the high-floor balcony. Just a heads-up for drivers: the hotel parking is on the street behind the hotel, not directly in front on the main street. When navigating, after you pass the hotel's main entrance, take the first right at the traffic light, then another immediate right at the next intersection, and you'll see the parking entrance. After parking, head to the front desk to register your license plate and check in."

"We were celebrating a couple of birthdays among friends and were so happy that the hotel had shuttle service from the airport. My friends’ flights were cancelled a couple of times the night before so we were not able to meet in Seattle as planned, so we met at the hotel. Fiona, on staff at Sheraton, kindly received us and assisted us with getting lounge access and breakfast for all so we can relax after being up all night due to flight cancellations. Unfortunately, the following night the hotel suffered a power outage from evening through the next morning causing temperature in the room to vary and hot showers not possible. It could have been seen as a really bad start to the trip but fortunately Fiona came through getting a portion of the night refunded, some hotel points, Starbucks drinks and pastries and late checkout. Fiona was very understanding and accommodating allowing us to continue our trip enjoying it together."

"We stayed here for 5 nights. They are in a great, if not the best, location in Vancouver. Next to Waterfront station where they have skytrain, seabus, buses and train. Also literally at Canada Place where they have free shuttle to Grouse Mountain and Capilano bridge. You can see the cruise, seaplane and helicopter from your room too. Minutes of walk to Gastown to see the stream clock. Best thing is, when you buy a fridge magnet of Vancouver, the hotel is part of the iconic building. Staffs are really friendly too, our room is always clean. If I have a complain, I'm just not very used to housekeeper's trolleys being 24/7 on appearance at the corridor of a 5-star hotel. Other than that, it's a near perfect stay. Loving the view from our room too."

"The hotel's location is superb. It's easy to go to several interesting spots around and also there are plenty of restaurants in a walking distance. The room size is quite large. It's very convenient for us to expand our luggages. All of the staff, we met, are super nice, polite, and very helpful. Overall experience we had here is very positive."

"Stayed two nights, had to switch rooms once. The second room even had a sea view! This was because on the first night there was a power outage and the generator, which was right above our room, was incredibly loud. The staff were very friendly. Parking for two days was $92, which I thought was a really good deal."

"Old hotel building, but maintained properly. Sparse on the bathroom amenities, only 1 bar of soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion. Bring your own toothbrush and paste, maybe they have them, but I didn't tty asking. Pretty good location for a transit stay."

"The building itself is old but the room is tidy, but has no toiletry supply at all so remember to BYO (not even slippers). I was carrying 3 big luggage and a young kid, but no one helped me with the luggage when I checked in, in fact there is only 1 staff at the lobby/concierge which probably explains it. No one had a smile on their face, from front desk to breakfast lounge, the only one who has a more friendly attitude is the chef in the breakfast lounge, but to be fair, no one was rude, just that you can’t say they welcome you to the hotel. So, no, I won’t recommend this place nor I will stay here again. You can probably get better service/facilities with Airbnb."

"The hotel is an older hotel but kept in great condition, it is a little like a resort with several bars, restaurants and pools to choose from. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The location next to Stanley Park and Coal Harbour is excellent and it is very close to Robson St restaurants."

"I must introduce this five-star praise in detail: I booked for my child because I needed to transfer to Toronto the next day. I found several hotels on the Trip.com app and found that most hotels in Canada require 19 weeks of age to stay alone. And you need a credit card payment deposit (not accept cash and bank cards). If the child does not have a credit card, I can click in and see the check-in requirements. Finally, I chose this Stonehenge B&B. 1. There is a free pick-up and drop-off service. (We are the hotel phone number contacted on the ground and arranged the pick-up for about 20 minutes) 2. The room rate also includes a rich breakfast (pictured below) 3. The store does not receive a deposit. It is really convenient for the children's transportation and accommodation problems, and it does not let the children live on the streets. It also makes my mother who is worried about the children's itinerary feel very warm. Thanks to the store 🙏 After the child checked in, he said the same price. This hotel is the best in her itinerary. (Because the hotels near the airport are generally perfunctory), it can compare the store. The store is really very careful to operate the hotel. The overall house is very clean, comfortable and warm, and the details are elegant. Even the toilet can think of embellishing with flowers. The store looked at the child cute. When I left for breakfast, I sent her a bottle of homemade jam. Unfortunately, I was deducted by the airport security staff. So I was very sad. 💔 Secondly: I also praise Trip.com Customer Service 👍 Because Canadian hotels are different from domestic hotels, reservations are non-refundable, various ages, deposit, payment methods and other check-in conditions, I need Trip.com Customer Service to help me communicate and solve, and sometimes difference and language communication problems, Customer service is really 24 hours a day, and I do my best to solve customer problems.
