"The cleanliness was acceptable, but the carpet looked a bit old and seemed to only get basic cleaning without proper maintenance. I checked in after 10 PM, so there was only one staff member at the front desk. There was a difficult guest in front of me, who also booked through ***********, complaining that the hotel didn't clearly state that her room had no windows and was trying to demand a room change. However, the hotel was fully booked, so her request couldn't be met. I booked through Trip.com and clearly saw the 'no window' disclaimer, so I found her complaints a bit unreasonable and felt impatient while waiting, as she was holding up the line for everyone else. Although they did prioritize us afterward, I still feel like they could use one more staff member during that time. Overall, at least the cleanliness was decent, providing a comfortable environment to rest. It's just the carpet that could use some maintenance – it's a bit... old, and I don't think it's been professionally cleaned. That's something that needs improvement."

Whether it's the concierge employees at level 1, or the check-in staff at level 20, or the breakfast staff, everyone is polite and helpful. Fantastic service and facilities. Breakfast is amazing. "We stayed in the Gudetama room which is decorated in a very cute style.With the reservation we had the priority of checking in,free afternoon tea and the photo shoot service. We enjoyed the gym and the sauna which is perfect for relaxing.And most of all the hotel provided the shuttle service to the high speed train station for free. We will be back again for the Melody room."

"Great hotel a bit far from everything. They refused to refill the regular tea, I requested 2, said I have to buy, then I said u can give us just one. Also said only refill for more than 1 day, not sure just communication or real issue. I was a little sick, so I had a good rest. Breakfast was avg for me as I don’t eat pork, so I didnot have much choice."
