This hotel definitely deserves a special shout-out! My experience was fantastic right from check-in. For those who enjoy culinary experiences, I highly recommend checking out their 'one night, two meals' package. I loved the ice cream with nachos at the ground floor cafe. The evening snacks and breakfast on the second floor were also delicious. While it might not have the extensive variety of a typical star-rated hotel buffet, it offers a great chance to try various local snacks. Every single braised meat, minced pork, and topping was incredibly flavorful, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of a rice cooker so you could serve yourself hot rice. You could really tell that the restaurant staff and managers were genuinely dedicated to service and food quality, constantly moving around and attending to guests. The room was spotless, and the lighting was much brighter than what you'd typically find in comparable hotels. The bathroom was also more spacious. The only minor drawback was a gap of about 1cm under the room door, which made me think the soundproofing might not be great. However, I wasn't disturbed by any noise from outside during my stay.

One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary 24-hour laundry service, which was very convenient and added great value to our experience. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations with its wide variety of delicious dishes. Our room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing, providing the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The hotel's location was also excellent and convenient for exploring the area. It is within walking distance to the night market Ruifeng. Very convenient. Room is spacious, clean and comfy. Comfortable 1 night day. Furthermore, they provide free toiletries like toothbrush, toothpaste and shower caps. Decent breakfast too.

The hotel is a bit old, and there was a slight musty smell upon entering, but it was clean. The room was very spacious and even had a small sitting area. Breakfast was decent, with congee, salad, bread, soup, and two hot dishes (which changed daily). Drinks included milk, coffee, orange juice, and various tea bags. The hotel thoughtfully opened up the breakfast area for guests to chat, relax, or pack their luggage. The staff were also very kind and friendly. Overall, it was a good stay.

The room was very comfortable, and the location was great too. You can walk to the MRT, and it's just two stops to Formosa Boulevard Station. There are 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, and Watsons nearby, as well as some local snacks. The room was spacious, simple, and clean. The bathroom was relatively small but perfectly functional. So far, this is the best value-for-money hotel we've stayed at in Taipei, Taichung, and Kaohsiung. Most of the front desk staff were very sweet, but one had a really bad attitude. She looked annoyed, didn't respond when I said thank you, and seemed quite fierce. Overall, the experience was very good.

I booked this hotel because of next day flight. However, this hotel still needs to be access by taxi. Hotel is quiet, room is clean. 2 Water bottles are avb. Theres no facilities avb in this hotel except breakfast and almost all day coffee/tea and chips/biscuits (forgot the exact time). Nevertheless, the breakfast is really below so so, all food is not warm at all and limited choices. We finally went to Starbucks across the street.

The room was clean and the hotel building is still very new. It's right next to Kaohsiung Main Station, you just cross the street after exiting the station and you're there. The staff were friendly and spoke English well.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The building was rundown and obviously very old when looked at from the outside, the hotel is on the 16th floor but we really liked our room. The staff did a good job accommodating us and explaining the rules. They gave us tea, coffee and water along with a kettle during our stay, there was a common area for guests to relax and enjoy their time when not in their room and the bathroom was lovely, not like typical ones in Taipei at all. It was a little cramped but the shower was huge and was separated from the toilet by a glass door. Overall, extremely good value for money.

My stay here was absolutely fantastic. The room was much more spacious than I expected, very comfortable, and impeccably clean, which made for a truly relaxing experience. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious, I looked forward to it every morning. A major plus was the private garage, offering secure and convenient parking – a real thoughtful touch for travelers driving. The overall environment was quiet, and the staff were all very friendly. If I ever visit again, I would definitely choose this hotel and wholeheartedly recommend it to my friends and family.
