"Had a wonderful 1-night stay at La Carmela de Boracay! Even though it was a short trip, I got some amazing rest. I slept for three hours right after checking in and another solid eight hours at night because the bed was so comfortable.The room was very clean, and all the amenities—the air conditioner, TV, and refrigerator—were working perfectly. I also loved that the room had its own private terrace and even included a Bible. While I didn't get a chance to try the pool, the hotel’s location is excellent since it is just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing stay! "Rooms are comfortable and just right. We love the bath tub. Bathroom is generally large and has everything you need. Hot water was not consistent though. Breakfast buffet has a good selection 👍🏼 It has a big beachfront location with sun beds and area for dining and having drinks"

"Decent for the price, but needs some adjustments Overall, you get what you paid for. It’s a fair choice for a budget-friendly stay, but there are a few things to note: *Air Conditioning: The AC wasn’t cold enough, and the airflow didn't quite reach the bed area. It was a bit uncomfortable, especially during the day. *Cleanliness: I noticed several moths (gamo-gamo) inside the room. I’m not sure where they were coming from, but it’s something housekeeping should look into. *Location: It is a bit far from the town center, but still manageable if you don't mind walking. On the plus side, the beach is very accessible—only about a 5-minute walk away. *Breakfast: I hope they can improve their breakfast service. There weren't many options to choose from, so it felt quite limited. It's an okay place if you're looking to save money and stay near the coast, but improving the AC and the breakfast variety would make it much better."

"As a group of 11 travelers, our overall experience was very good, particularly because we availed of the hotel's airport transfer service. The transfer process was seamless, efficient, and exceptionally well-organized. From the hotel to the airport, the entire journey took less than 30 minutes. The transfer team deserves special recognition for their professionalism and strict adherence to schedules. They clearly prioritize ensuring that guests do not miss their flights, and their dedication was truly commendable. Check-in was also a pleasant surprise, as we were accommodated earlier than the usual check-in time. All of our requests were attended to and fulfilled, which we greatly appreciated. The buffet food was enjoyable, with a good variety of dishes that changed daily. It was nice to see different options each morning instead of the same menu being repeated. However, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve. One concern was the breakfast area. There was no covered walkway connecting certain sections, which became problematic during heavy rain. Since we were traveling with a baby, it was inconvenient and unsafe to walk through the rain, especially as the pathways became slippery. Even providing umbrellas in the breakfast area would have been a thoughtful touch. These small details may seem minor, but they significantly impact the overall guest experience. The air conditioning in our Deluxe Room was also not as cold as expected. In addition, the balcony was practically unusable because the outdoor air-conditioning unit was located there, generating considerable heat and making the space uncomfortable. Another inconvenience was the replenishment of bathroom amenities. Rather than having them proactively restocked, guests needed to call housekeeping each time additional items were required. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and many aspects of the service were excellent. However, I believe the hotel would benefit from paying greater attention to the small details. Thoughtful and intentional touches are often what elevate a good stay into a truly exceptional one."

"This hotel exceeded our expectations for a weekend couple's retreat. The layout of the property is fantastic, featuring modern, well-maintained facilities that never felt overcrowded. Our bed provided exceptional comfort, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Customer service was remarkably attentive and polite. It is a wonderful destination if you are looking to unwind and relax in style."

"TERRIBLE WIFI and AC — barely hitting 10 Mbps most of the time, so I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re working remotely. The aircon was also leaking during our stay. We called maintenance, they checked it, but unfortunately it still kept leaking after. STAFF - very great and respectful . ROOM - The room feels a bit dated and they don’t have blackout curtains, which can be annoying in the morning. There’s also ongoing construction nearby, so expect to hear drilling and hammering during the day. On the bright side, the bathtub was great and the bathroom was really spacious. FOOD - They offer buffet breakfast, but it was just okay. GYM - Probably one of the better parts of the stay. It’s not super fancy, but it had almost everything I needed for a good workout. LOCATION - Very convenient. It’s in Station 2 and easily walkable to both Station 1 and Station 3. POOL AND MASSAGE - Both are great"

"This hotel resort is in a prime location on Boracay beach and is the best hotel i have stayed in so far, i was lucky to secure a beach front room and was so happy when i entered the room, very plesent atmosphere streaight from the greeting at the Front Foyer to the room, I enjoyed the food the Pools within the resort and the restraunt was amazing. i will return on my next visit to Boracay"

"We stayed in Boracay for 8 days, and Paradise Garden Resort was the third hotel we checked into during the trip. Surprisingly, among all the hotels we stayed at, Paradise Garden was one of the more affordable ones yet it ended up giving us one of the best overall experiences. We’re currently staying at Azalea Hotels & Residences Boracay, which has a higher rate and supposedly more premium services, but honestly, Paradise Garden stood out so much more because of how consistent and exceptional their service was. From the moment we arrived, the experience already felt smooth and welcoming. The lobby had plenty of seating for guests checking in and out, which was a huge relief especially after being out in the heat. Check-in was hassle-free, and we were even allowed to check in earlier than the standard 2 PM time. Someone also personally assisted us to our room which makes sense because the property itself is huge. At first, I thought we wouldn’t even use the pools because, well, you’re already in Boracay. But surprisingly, we still enjoyed them a lot. The pools were clean, well-maintained, and not a hassle to use at all. The resort itself definitely shows its age, and you can tell it has been operating for a long time, but despite that, the service remained exceptional. The staff were consistently courteous and accommodating. I also loved that they had a beachfront area exclusively for Paradise Garden guests. We were able to borrow beach towels for free, and the seating area in front was actually really nice. There were also thoughtful extras like live band performances, massage services by the beach, and even a pool area with a functioning open bar not just something “for display,” but something guests could genuinely enjoy. The room itself was very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I’m very particular about beds and sheets when staying at hotels, and I honestly slept so well there. Our experience was so good that I genuinely wished we had stayed there for three days instead of just one night. Even checking out was seamless. No issues, no stress just consistently good service from start to finish. That’s probably the best way I can describe Paradise Garden: consistent. Out of the four hotels we stayed at during this Boracay trip, Paradise Garden is honestly the one I would choose to return to. For me, it’s such an underrated hidden gem in Boracay."

"Great hotel with excellent service, perfect location in the center of Station 2. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby, own beach are with sun beds. I'd recommend taking 2nd or higher floor rooms, as ground floor with doors opening to the pool get little sunshine and feel very humid. Perfect service, amazing team that really takes care of the guests. Highly recommend. Aslo recommend booking a hotel transfer, it's so fast and efficient, they pick you closer to the return flight so you don't have to spend hours in that hangar of an airport."
