"They put me in a room that didn't match the one I booked on Trip. When I asked why, the answer was 'overbooking.' The photos don't match the description, and so on. It's best to get here from Moalboal by tricycle, around 150-200 pesos is ideal. The room itself was clean and recently renovated. They make you sign a paper about being responsible for stains on the bedding and towels, which is the first time I've ever seen that. They also took a 1000 peso deposit. Additionally, you're not allowed to make noise, cook, etc. There are water dispensers on each floor. A big TV was a plus, as was the new A/C and fan. The bedding was clean, but there were ants. But the main highlight is the direct access to the sea. There are also two pools and sun loungers. To the right, you can see sardines and turtles. Don't fall for people asking for money for snorkeling! The buffet breakfast was quite good."

"The hotel is in more private location compared to most resorts in Moalboal. This is a quiet area, with private access to the sea, which is very shallow and easily accessible, particularly during low tide. Resorts itself is nice, the pool was OK, diving also enjoyable, although cylinders were a bit on the empty side. Staff was always very nice. Unfortunately, food was not so good and overpriced, we had much better things to eat in other resorts or in town, which is 10-20 minutes away by tuk tuk."

"Amongst the goat paddocks and tin houses was this very nice little resort. Pleasantly surprised with the amenities given the immediate surroundings. The more touristy Panagsama penisula is about 4 to 5 km away. Tuk tuk is required at around 200 pesos in one direction to Panagsama. Locals and staff are very friendly and helpful. Didn't provide daily house keeping which was only mildly disappointing. They are more than happy to exchange towels at your request. A basic shopping centre is about 600 metres away which can cater to almost all your needs. If yo need coffee like me be sure to attend RAM coffee shop, was a good quality coffee. Swimming pool was very pleasant and well maintained, like the rest of the facilities."

"Loved the property and the beach. Best snorkeling we did in Moalboal was direct from the resort and we saw turtles and lots of starfish and marine life. The lifeguard Frankie went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing snorkeling experience. Also enjoyed the pool and the location worked perfectly for us as it was away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to hit the town for dinner each night. Plus, White Beach is a 5 minute paddle away on the kayak. Would definitely come back again"

"The location is remote from the noise, if it weren't for the road to the hotel itself, then you can safely put 10! But it was not very comfortable to ride a bike along such a road) The hotel itself is very clean, the rooms are well-maintained, air conditioning, a pleasant smell) A wonderful beach, clean) you can take photos and see the sun off at sunset) Among the minuses - there was no safe in the room, there was no hair dryer. It would be great if they helped carry things to the room upon check-in, since the price is above average) There is a restaurant at the hotel, the prices are not significantly higher) A wonderful place for beach, away from the noisy bustle)"

"Really nice sized pool and sunlounge area considerng this is a budget hotel. I never stay around these hotels much to make the most of the facilities but it's here if you want it. Nice room and very clean. Near the bus stop but a bit of a walk to the strip where all the bars and restaurants are. Most people have a scooter anyway so you won't get any better for the money they charge here. 8/10"

"Facilities: Hot water shower and air conditioning are good. But there are no other facilities in the room, no kettle, no hair dryer. You need to bring your own kettle, or go to the front desk to get a cup and pour water. Hygiene: The room is cleaned every day, but the swimming pool is open 24 hours a day. I don’t know how to maintain it, so I didn’t dare to go to the swimming pool. Fortunately, it’s close to the sea, so you can just swim in the sea. Environment: Both entering and exiting require a long and rugged road. Close to the sea, you can go snorkeling. It's just a hotel, without any star-level services provided, and there is a service fee charged at the end. It is incorrect to list it as a top-ranked local four-star hotel on Ctrip. There should be more options. Service: Unlike the diving shops in Bohol, there is no safety officer here. We took part in the snorkeling activity, because we went with divers, the guide was not very enthusiastic. There is no introduction leaflet for the event to refer to. However, it is indeed convenient to go to see the sardines. You can just take a boat and join the activity to get there. No need to go around town. Special reminder: this fee is not deducted by Ctrip, you need to pay in cash at the store. There is a reminder in the order, please be sure to bring enough cash."

"We loved staying in this location. Our room was right on the water, giving some breathtaking views morning and night. Lots of storage space and big bathroom. The hotel has a great diving center that also rents all kinds of snorkeling equipment too until later hours. Pool was clean and there was even a tipsy bar within it. Our only issue was very low water pressure in the shower which made washing long hair ia bit challenging. While you are away from the “mail” street in town, walk us about 8 min and there are few other hotels/ restaurants and activity companies located right next to hotel entrance"

"Always a pleasure to stay at eves. Sime renovation have been made in some rooms. That's great.. Swimming pool Is nice. Location Is perfect... Still need to refurbish the WiFi installation... 5 networks. 3 not answering.. 2 shutting down randomly... Remove all and rebuild a good network : we catch perfectly the WiFi of other hotels Beside so you can do it as good as them... 😏"

"Beautiful place, great location close to eating and ahopping area. Peaceful and quite area ,spacious rooms and great breakfast. Staff are helpful,friendly and family like with assistance provided when needed.loved to have stayed longer but had booked trip to cebu in September. Sad to see so many guest cancelled their trip after recent typhoon but lucky we came and we had best of sunshine from coron to elnido, moalboal to oslob and now in cebu."
