"First, regarding the location of the guesthouse, it's situated in the Taiyangshan Resort Town, which is quite inconvenient to get there by taxi or public transport unless you have a car. Furthermore, it's located halfway up a mountain, requiring a lot of climbing stairs, which is particularly difficult for women traveling alone with luggage. Secondly, regarding the service, the guesthouse did contact us in advance with their location and directions, which was good. However, upon arrival, there was no one to greet us; it was entirely self-service – an experience I've only encountered with Airbnb bookings abroad. Next, regarding the room environment and facilities, the room size was acceptable, but while clean, it wasn't tidy. There was only a large bed and a table, making it inconvenient to put things away. Also, the air conditioner emitted a very unpleasant odor. In conclusion, the guesthouse was okay, not bad, but I probably wouldn't stay there again."

"It was raining heavily when I traveled from Kunming to Fuxian Lake, and I requested an early check-in. I got my room before noon, which was great. I tried both the Chinese and Western restaurants, and the food at both was excellent. I was so happy to find that there's a Meet Fresh in the lobby; I went there two days in a row! Every staff member, from reception and concierge to housekeeping and dining, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Overall, a fantastic experience!"

"The entry is so calming. A nice open space with plants all around. The Chinese couple owning the Hotel were very sweet even though we couldn’t converse with them (they didn’t speak English and we can’t speak Chinese). They let us store our two bicycles in the house. The room is large and the bathroom is massive. There’s a bit of road noise with the windows open (on the second level). There’s no lift. They owner walked us to a neighbouring restaurant which was very nice. In the morning they both saw us off on our ride. "

"The hotel is large with many facilities. The breakfast was good, and there was a free indoor playground and swimming pool. Perhaps because it was the off-season, it felt a bit empty, and some facilities were closed. The hotel staff were very friendly and patient, with excellent attitude and service. The receptionist (employee number 011) and the handsome receptionist were very helpful in upgrading our room, extending our stay, and providing us with meals. The only downside was that the playground closed at 6:30 PM, and the swimming pool, being outdoors, only offered respite from the sun at night, but it closed before dark, effectively rendering it unusable."

"This time, the service and environment were both online. The front desk checked me in efficiently and offered me a thoughtful welcome tea. The lobby has a nice fragrance and a nice environment. When I walked into the room, it was clean and tidy, and the bed was soft and comfortable, which completely exceeded my expectations. I forgot something when I checked out, and the front desk staff took the initiative to contact me and help me mail it. The experience was perfect. I will choose this place again without hesitation next time I travel!"

"The room in the inn was clean and tidy, and it was quiet at night. The boss and the proprietress were warm and the service was very thoughtful. My child and I were treated in the hospital for minor injuries when we were out. The proprietress also took the fruit to the hospital for condolences and helped me get medicine. It was very moving. Back to the inn, the proprietress also cooked porridge for us to eat. The proprietress saw that my pants broke, and she brought them for me to change, which made me feel very warm. Although there was a little accident during this trip to Fuxian Lake, my children and I have gained a lot, and we will have the opportunity to stay at this inn again in the future."

"If you're looking for a vacation, just go for it! The butler contacted us a day in advance to ask about our needs and stayed in touch via WeChat. Since it was the off-season, the guest relations manager upgraded us to a lake-view balcony room. The 2.03-meter king bed was more than enough for us and our child, and they even installed bed rails before our arrival, which was incredibly thoughtful. The pool water was a good temperature and clean, and it was great for a swim when there weren't many people. We stayed for two nights, and the butler, housekeeping staff, and front desk were all very friendly. The hotel's amenities were excellent; everything from the linens to the disposable toiletries was impeccable, and the mini-bar was thoughtfully stocked. Every corner of the hotel offered picturesque views, making it perfect for couples. For families, the fish tank at the entrance will captivate kids for a long time. It would be even better if the parent-child activities were a bit more extensive and engaging. Located in Cambria Town, on the northeast corner of Fuxian Lake, the hotel is within a 20-minute drive of all popular attractions, except for Xingxing Fish Cave. The parking lot is also very convenient. The only minor downside was that the breakfast was a bit sparse. The spring set menu was very photogenic, but since it was prepared in advance and left out for guests to pick up, it tended to be cold. Overall, for a vacation, it's highly recommended."

The staff service is particularly intimate, and the response speed of any needs is super fast, and the work is neat and worry-free. The hotel is newly renovated, the decoration style is very stylish, the hard materials are solid and elegant, the focus is that the whole house has no smell at all, and it is especially safe to bring children to stay. The overall comfort of the room is full, the bedding is soft, and the space is clean and bright. The family's birthday, they helped to decorate after informing the hotel, very pleasantly surprised. The restaurant window view is so beautiful, and the film is out, breakfast is particularly comfortable. The most poking of us is the small comb with the sink. The shape is cute and easy to use. We opened several rooms together. Everyone checked out and brushed the small comb to take home. The details are too extra points. The first choice for parent-child travel. Come back next time. Stay here!"
