"Очень красивый отель, расположенный на бульвар Лас Олас, в самом центре жизни. Отель большой, территория красивая и ухоженная, есть рестораны, бассейн, тренажерный зал. Отличные завтраки и отличный маленький бар в отеле с Happy Hour. Единственный минусом отеля могу смело назвать абсолютно неприветливый и недоброжелательный персонал на ресепшене. Персонал баров, клининговая служба замечательные, а вот на ресепшене просто какое-то недоразумение, такое ощущение, что у сотрудников конкурс ”кто самый недружелюбный”. Был момент, чт не работал ни один лифт, в башню по другому не попасть. Респшен объявлял это таким тоном, как будто это их звезднный час и самая приятная новость в их жизни. О том, что лифты заработали, никто не сообщил. В общем, если поменять сотрудников на ресепшене, то все будет отлично."

"Unfortunately when I got there I had to have my room changed because no one dusted any of the fixtures in a long time. When I got to my new room it was pretty much the same thing but I saw someone from housecleaning I. The hall and she came over and cleaned the fixtures on my room. That is the only issue I had with the room. Housecleaning turned down my room for me everyday, which I loved. The front desk and the staff in the lobby were great. I wish I could remember the 2 ladies at the desk that helped me with my room because they were amazing. The gentleman that worked in the lobby said hello to me everytime he saw me. Such a fine gentleman. The 2 young ladies working by the pool towel were ababsolutely the best. They need a raise. They bartender from Queens NY that worked at the Landshark was the best bartender in the whole place. Very personable, great personality, always smiling, and remembered my drink after meeting me only once. My friends were very impressed, they thought I was a regular there. Lol The restaurants in and around Margaritaville were good and we enjoyed just about every place we ate at. I can't wait to go back there. There were so many more things I wanted to do in and around the hotel. I hope the cleaning situation gets better. They need to add some cold water to the pool because it was way to warm to cool you off. I enjoyed myself and so did my friends. We will definitely be back soon with more friends. "

"a decent hotel for overnight layover for cruise or airport. it's close to both and the hotel offers free shuttle to airport but you must book early. price is decent and hotel is decent but it's busy so there's always a lineup at the counter. Staff are not bad but sometimes slow due to various client requests. If you don't have a car it's a pain to get around as there's not much nearby other than a couple strip malls and limited eateries. Overall, not bad for what you pay"

"We stayed for six nights in Weston and had a mixed experience overall. Unfortunately, the room was not clean when we arrived late in the evening. The floors were dirty and covered in hairs, and it looked as though they had been mopped with a dirty mop. The porch area also had a distinct smell and very sticky floors, which made it uncomfortable to use. We also found several items left behind, including breakfast cereal behind the bedroom curtains and belongings under the cupboard. As we arrived very late and had cleaning supplies with us from travelling through the Keys, I cleaned the room myself rather than contacting the hotel. In fairness, they may have resolved this if given the opportunity, but housekeeping on arrival is definitely an area that needs improvement. Check‑in at the front desk was acceptable—nothing unpleasant, but not particularly welcoming. We were also charged more at check‑in than the price shown on Trip.com. I contacted Trip.com and they resolved the discrepancy quickly. The room itself was excellent in size. We stayed in a king room with a balcony, which was spacious and comfortable. The hotel’s facilities were a highlight: • The pool area was lovely and open until 11pm. • The hot tub was huge and kept at a perfect temperature. • BBQs and a fire pit were available and added to the overall experience. Location The location was brilliant. It offered easy access to the Everglades, Miami, and Fort Lauderdale, making it a great base for exploring South Florida. Despite the significant cleanliness issues on arrival, the hotel’s location, room size, and facilities were excellent. With improvements to housekeeping and a more welcoming check‑in experience, this could be a fantastic place to stay."

"I enjoyed my stay at Tru by Hilton in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The location was great. Downtown, easy access to everywhere, without feeling like you’re in the middle of a busy city. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Over all, the vibe of the place is very much like college dorm or summer camp for grown adults. I’d definitely stay here again. The free breakfast every morning was also a very nice addition."

"I booked two rooms for my daughter's birthday. The first disappointment was the massage at the spa. We arrived 10 minutes late because there was no one in the luggage room. We had to wait about 20 minutes until someone arrived. The masseuse told me my massage would only last 20 minutes because of the delay (I had paid for a 50-minute massage), but she only gave me 15 minutes. When we returned to our rooms, there was no one at reception to give us our hand luggage either. We called our room to ask them to bring our backpacks. We waited 30 minutes and no one came. We went back down to reception and, after another 15-minute wait (again with no one there), they finally brought our backpacks. We went to our room to shower, as we had a dinner reservation at an Italian restaurant. The shower drain was clogged, and it was disgusting to shower with the water running. (They have old bathtubs) Towels were beige (Once were white). We have a nice dinner at the Italian restaurant, then we were at casino for some time and went to our rooms to sleep, it was midnight. We were falling asleep when we heard a woman screaming louder and louder. We didn’t know what was going on… we waited and then the woman started to scream and said all kind of ****** words. We have a second show in the morning. So be ready to hear all kinds of things…"

"Very nice stay staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms clean bed comfy would recommend for a couple of nights stay. Very well organised and structured they have covered everything. Breakfast was basic but good choice and fulfilling. Compliment shuttle to the port very good."

"Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e l’esperienza è stata nel complesso molto positiva. Le stanze sono spaziose, pulitissime e molto confortevoli. Un dettaglio che ho apprezzato molto è la qualità dei prodotti da bagno (shampoo, creme, saponi) – tutti di marca ottima e curati nei minimi dettagli. La colazione era davvero buona e abbondante. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, anche se mi permetto di dare un piccolo consiglio: sarebbe bello trovare cappuccino e succhi freschi, visto che erano disponibili solo quelli dalla macchina. Non abbiamo usufruito della piscina, quindi non posso dare un giudizio su quella parte. Unica nota dolente: alla reception si parlava solo inglese. Questo può creare qualche difficoltà a chi non ha familiarità con la lingua. Detto ciò, tornerei volentieri in un Hampton Inn in futuro. Consigliato!"

"Our first stay at hotel 66 and this hotel complex was fantastic from arrival to leaving firstly on arrival the team at the door helped with luggage with kindness and respect a great start then George at the reception desk  another assist to the business kind helpful respectful always with a smile 😃 thank you 🙏 room was excellent not the best view but it was a basic room and far better than expected and it was immaculate again housekeeping great 👍 and wanted to help ,  breakfast again excellent on the first day exceptional and the young chef that likes football making omelettes again exceptional ( wearing a black chefs outfit ) kind respectful and thinking about customers needs again a great 👍 asset to any team thank you . On our second visit breakfast was a little more upside down 🙃 as it was so busy but still you could see the team in most was trying again great . The communal areas again immaculate- I’ve stayed now at the  Ritz , Conrad , Western , and Pier 66 is miles ahead . Thank you all for making our short stay so enjoyable and without doubt 10 out of 10  thank you Angelo Ianniello and Family stayed 26/12/2025 for two nights ."
