"I have to give this hotel, especially its service, a glowing review. I unexpectedly twisted my ankle and, on a whim, asked the front desk if they had an ice pack. To my surprise, they did, and even gave me two! Then, after getting a traffic violation while driving a rental car, I wanted to resolve it before leaving Shantou. I asked the front desk if the nearest traffic police station could handle it. They immediately suggested the Shantou Municipal Administrative Service Center, which wasn't far from the hotel, explaining that it could process violations and had longer operating hours. Following their directions, I was able to handle everything in one go. So, the front desk service definitely deserves a big thumbs up! 👍 The hotel has its own spacious parking lot with plenty of spots available. Even though the hotel has been open for a while and shows some age, all the facilities in the rooms are perfectly functional. Items and drinking water were replenished promptly every day, and the cleaning was very thorough. The service standards haven't declined just because the hotel is older; in fact, the hotel is gradually upgrading and renovating its rooms. The hotel is just across the street from Wanjia City and about a 10-minute walk from Longyan South Road. There are multiple bus routes nearby, making it very convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. Right downstairs, there's an airport shuttle service that takes an hour directly to Jieyang Airport, costing 28 RMB per person, with tickets available on demand and departures on schedule."
