The room, as almost always, has a slight smell of cigarettes and stale smoke. The curtains smell of smoke, and the sheets have an unpleasant odor even though they appear clean. The bathroom had...The toilet seat had drops of dried yellow urine underneath. The room floor wasn't perfectly clean. The breakfast was adequate, although something was completely missing some Sweet or pastry.
Overall I wouldn't avoid it but I would hope for more attention.

Hygiene: I am particularly dissatisfied with the hygiene. There is a damp carpet smell when you come in. This kind of carpet is very unfriendly to guests with allergies. There is even cigarette ashes left by the previous customer on the carpet.
Service: Although the hygiene is very poor, I gave feedback to the customer service department and they immediately came to vacuum the carpet. This is not bad.
Facilities: Because the room had a strong damp smell, I turned on the air conditioner all night. The air conditioner kept making strange noises and I kept being woken up. I couldn't sleep at all.
I originally wanted to change rooms because of the air conditioner, but I thought about moving to another room after vacuuming the carpet and smelling the musty smell, so I couldn’t bear it.

Guest UserI took my parents and children to travel. I chose this hotel for a long time. First of all, the lobby environment is very good and the front desk staff are particularly enthusiastic. There are billiards to play in the lobby, and special fruits are also delivered. The room was clean and tidy, the three beds fully met the needs of the family, the bed was mobile, and it brought great convenience to travel with children. The large table and super long seats in the room, it is especially good to order takeaway for a family to eat. The room is complete with disposable supplies and it is very convenient to take a bath for 24 hours. The hotel is convenient to travel, parking is free and very convenient. I am very satisfied with this stay. I will come to Shantou next time. I must choose this store.

The stay is really good, this price is really close to the people. For a person from Guangzhou, it is really good and very good! The environment and service are super invincible! Because I left late in the hurry and didn't take pictures, it is worth recommending that all travelers stay here.

選擇新樂軒酒店之前，我做了不少功課，事實證明我的選擇沒有錯。
地理位置絕佳，交通十分便利，周邊美食眾多，無論是逛街還是出行都非常方便。
酒店外觀大氣，內部裝修精緻。房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全且嶄新。床品柔軟舒適，衞生間乾淨無異味，還配備了高品質的洗浴用品。
不得不提的是酒店的服務，工作人員專業且熱情，從辦理入住到退房，每個環節都讓人感到舒心。早餐種類豐富，味道可口。
總的來説，這次入住體驗非常棒，以後來這裏，肯定還會選擇新樂軒酒店。

I have to give a bad review for the breakfast, which was not like breakfast and lunch was not like lunch. I seriously suspected that the fried noodles were leftovers from the day before, they were so dry and hard to chew, and I could only eat porridge and pickles. The toilet in the room kept running all night, the room was ok, and the front desk staff was quite enthusiastic
