"I chose this hotel because I had heard it offers great views and is conveniently located near many attractions, including Tunjungan Plaza. However, despite booking a non-smoking room, I was informed upon arrival that only smoking rooms were available. Unfortunately, the cigarette smell throughout the corridor and inside the room was very strong and difficult to tolerate. I considered moving to another room, but since I was only staying for one night, I decided to stay. The staff offered to spray the room with air freshener, but it did not help much. I also tried to adjust the room temperature but could not find the AC remote. It think the hotel uses a central AC system, and the thermostat in the room was missing some buttons, which did not look good. On the positive side, the breakfast was great, with a lot of options, and the view was indeed very nice."
