The front desk lady smiled kindly and reminded me of the surrounding traffic routes when checking in. The details were perfect! The room was even more surprising! The room was spacious and bright, the floor-to-ceiling windows had a wide view, and the softness of the bedding was comparable to the Simmons mattress at home. The service was really heartwarming."
