"The hotel is located in a great location, close to Yalla Park. Our room had a beautiful view of the lake. Many thanks to the manager who helped us organize our safari. I want to point out the strange behavior of the ladies at the reception. Not customer-oriented."
GGuest UserIt is worthy of being a well-known wild luxury resort hotel, and it is an indispensable experience in Sri Lanka!
Hotel room: I stayed in a tent villa with a swimming pool. There is a small tent for children 50 meters away from the wooden boardwalk. All kinds of drinks and snacks are available. There is sufficient hot water supply, and a beach bag is also provided!
Hotel experience: The hotel is in Yala Park. As you can imagine, there is nothing around, and all activities are carried out in the hotel. Adjacent to the Indian Ocean, the activities are very rich, including Sundowner, High Tea, massage, Safari, etc. It is highly recommended to stay for 2 nights to fully enjoy the different aspects of the hotel.
All meals are included: breakfast, lunch and dinner are eaten in the hotel restaurant. Each meal has a different flavor. It is highly recommended to try the Sri Lankan-style curry rice and the hotel’s cocktails. There is no thunder! ! ! They are all delicious! ! !
Butler service: The hotel will send emails to guests in advance, but Ctrip is an agent, so the email address is hidden. It is recommended that guests call the hotel front desk directly. When checking in, the corresponding butler will be matched to take us to visit the entire hotel facilities, including taking pictures, introducing culture, etc. It is recommended to make an appointment in advance for massage, which ends at 19:30 in the evening. After all, it is not safe to move around in the forest at night. The masseuses are two professional Balinese ladies.
FFENGSHENGAll the details are a little sorry for this price. 1. Individual staff do not know how to adapt, and their attitude is also very poor. Later, I found the manager to settle the matter. The result of the solution is relatively satisfactory, indicating that the hotel management staff's thinking is still ok, but the first impression is already bad and it is difficult to recover. 2. For a hotel at this price, there was no one at the front desk early in the morning, and there was no one after waiting for a long time. A lot of time was wasted. 3. Although it is an experience of nature, there are many insects in the room, which can make you sleep unsteadily. 4. The room lighting is too dim and too dim to be brightened. 5. The hotel has a total of more than 10 rooms, the area is not big, but the activity area is not big, there is no special feature, it is really not worth the price. 6. The only remarkable thing is the restaurant, every dish is delicious. The restaurant staff is also very professional and very nice and serious.
GGuest UserVery friendly staff.
A beautiful wide beach without people , a cozy room.
The waves are cool. The breakfast was good.
From the downsides - a cockroach in the room, the pool is mutant.
JJiajiatangbaoNo wonder the president cut the ribbon at the hotel's opening. It's probably the most luxurious and modern resort in Sri Lanka right now. Perhaps because I booked a pool villa, the room experience was indeed excellent. It's highly modernized. Even the outdoor breakfast area wasn't too hot. The staff are very attentive; in the evening, they proactively offered a blanket if they saw someone putting on clothes indoors.
Going to the beach is only allowed twice a day, and you must be accompanied by staff because wildlife passes through the national park. But it's definitely worth a visit; the scenery of the sand dunes and the sea of sky is absolutely stunning and magnificent.
CChaojimaliAmanwella Great experience! There are 30 suites, chatting with the housekeeper. In the past, Europeans, Americans and Indians came the most. This year, Chinese people came a lot. November to April is their peak tourist season, and when the house prices are at their highest, prices can go up. The service is nothing to say. The beach is not suitable for swimming in October. We recommend the safari park and lagoon projects. You can see many birds and animals. The Bhutanese manager is very nice. If you have any needs, tell him and he will arrange it directly. The disadvantage is that it is a bit far from the airport, a 3-3.5 hour drive. Unlike Aman in other countries, airport pick-up and drop-off require additional fees.
ZZiyoudeyuThis was the largest room our family stayed in during the trip. Upon entering, we were surprised to find there were actually two rooms: one double bed, two single beds, and two sofas – it felt like it could comfortably accommodate several people. Our room was on the first floor, right next to a huge swimming pool, which was incredibly convenient. Due to time constraints, we only used it for about half an hour, but the water was very clean and the depth was just right. The hotel is located within a wildlife sanctuary, where we saw monkeys, squirrels, and other small animals everywhere, and even cows grazing peacefully by the pool – experiences rarely seen in hotels in China. The hotel is adjacent to the vast Indian Ocean, which is beautiful on a clear day, but unfortunately, the beach seems rather ordinary, and the waves are quite large. The hotel's à la carte restaurant deserves special mention; the food was excellent and reasonably priced, with the steak and grilled shrimp being particularly delicious. Breakfast can be had after the safari the next morning, but it ends at 10:30, so you need to be quick. The breakfast itself was quite tasty. Overall, it's a hotel worth experiencing.
GGuest UserSet a quadruple room, in fact, can live 6 or 7 people no problem 😄 The hotel is located on the edge of the lake. Since we are going to Yarra National Park to see wildlife the next morning, the store packed breakfast for us very early.
