"The hotel is great value for money. The food on offer is varied and delicious, however you should attend the buffets as soon as they open. The location near the beach is like a dream, I highly recommend a sea view so you can hear the waves. The refurbished rooms are very modern. The service from the animation team is good. The rest of the staff are very unhappy and unfriendly, especially reception and the bar tenders as they are understaffed by the management."

Very Good
JJJAHNIt was better than I expected. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good. The room was spacious and the facilities were clean, so I used it without any inconvenience. It is the best hotel in Agadir for the price.
PPlate to PlaceWe went there during Christmas break and had a great stay at the resort! The property is clean, has a lovely private beach, and the breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent. Nearby restaurants like Jade offer great food as well. Even though the weather wasn’t ideal for swimming, we still enjoyed the aqua park. The evening entertainment kept us engaged and added to the fun. Overall, a wonderful experience!
MMironovaTatianaNormal. Very interesting interior, but very dark. Living on the second floor, nothing can be seen in the room. Always half dark. And so, in general, everything liked.
Service is good. All polite, helpful with any questions.
There are no shops nearby where you could buy fruit.
But it 's on the coast as a whole.
GGuest UserIst class service. Latifah at the front desk was amazing, very helpful and professional.
El mahdi the concierge guy was amazing, very friendly and helped us with necessary information.
The hotel looks much better than advertised on most sites.
Everything is new and just beautiful.
Very beautiful aesthetic, ambience and clean environment.
The rooms are very spacious and well decorated. Only downside was I couldn't connect YouTube or my phone smart view to the TV to watch my preferred shows. However, that's just my personal choice.
WiFi was good without issues.
The food was really tasty and had good varieties.
Overall, i highly recommend as palais des roses gave me a very good experience.
Staff are really amazing and friendly.
SShangguanweierThis hotel is the most cost-effective among star-rated hotels. The breakfast is particularly rich. You can choose vegetables, fruit juices, and freshly squeezed juices. They are particularly delicious. The cuisine is rich and varied. The restaurant has a great atmosphere. It is very convenient to go to the beach. The completely private coast, pool bar, and seaside spa are all very French in style, romantic and elegant. The butler service is so thoughtful and meticulous. I am very happy to stay for two nights. The experience is particularly great.
MMaggiebellacCheck-in is at 3 PM, we arrived at 2 PM, and the room wasn't ready until 5:30 PM. Check-in was a bit slow, the room was damp and had a musty smell, the toilet paper was very thin, and the soundproofing was terrible. Breakfast had a wide variety of options.
GGuest UserI love this hotel but needs much improvement and needs better facilities in the hotel and breakfast needs to improve and WiFi is awful bad, the bedroom floors needs to be cleaned more often and cleaning laundry needs to be more cheaper for service in my opinion.
Honesty is best service in this hotel with excursions are a tourist trap unfortunately
JJeison PerezThe hotel is very nice, the service, the attention of the staff, the worst thing is that being such a large and prestigious hotel, it seems incredible that it does not have wifi in its rooms, I needed to do some work and I had to stay until dawn in front of reception, where at certain times they turned off all the lights, it was the worst part of my trip to Morocco and staying in several hotels, they do not have internet access, I was in room 2722 and it was horrible
GGuest UserThis hotel is in a great location, but we didn't find our reservation at first, hoping to charge again for more and less services.
After finding our reservation (it looked like it was hidden somewhere rather than on the computer), they gave us the 2 worst and worst rooms in the entire hotel. To get there, you have to borrow the maze, which took a while to find a solution. What I saw was the backyard, where the trees were not well maintained.
The good news now is: the staff are very friendly and hospitable, whether it is Mr. Asemal is very friendly, or the cleaning lady is doing an excellent job with a smile.
We learned at the end of our stay that part of the hotel was renovated, but when we booked, we saw pictures of the renovated rooms, but we got some rooms...
This is the last time I booked this hotel.
GGuest UserThe hotel location and food absolutely fab. Would recommend and come again.
But unfortunately the bar was away from the restaurant even going for a cup of tea was hard.
As i am a wheelchair user was hard. I went to reception to ask for a wheelchair i was sent to enquiries. Which only had 2 wheelchairs available in the 3 hotels. One was being used the second was available. The rim was on but the the wheel was off and no foot rest. Unfortunately for safety reasons i didn’t take it. For 7 days i had been waiting for it to be fixed but no. Then the option they gave me was hiring one which was costing far too much for a day!!!
