Had a fantastic stay! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. The hotel's location near Taipei Main Station is super convenient, and it's really close to Eslite Bookstore and Zhongshan MRT Station. There are so many amenities right downstairs too, like a convenience store, KFC, breakfast shops, and bubble tea places – just perfect. Inside, the hotel was clean and bright. Highly recommend!

Guest UserThe location is just around Ximending which is very convinient. The room was clean and the service is very good. Although wala masyadong amenities pero okay lang kasi lagi naman kami nasa labas. Free tubig din mag request lang.

If you have ever stayed in a capsule hotel before, you know pretty much what to expect. The main drawer of this place is the location. Situated in the heart of Ximen, There are a lot of shops and places to eat that are within easy walking distance. The staff were very helpful upon checking are they created a very good first impression.
The capsules or pods or whatever you want to call them were average in terms of comfort. We stayed in a mixed dorm and the mattresses were very thin so none of us got the best nights sleep. Also the walls are very thin and anytime anybody moved or did anything throughout the night, the noise was very apparent.. however, we were aware of all of this upfront and it totally served its purpose in terms of giving us a place to lay our heads for a few hours before returning home the next day. There are little TVs and electrical outlets in your pod, and while there are USB outlets to charge your electrical devices, both of the ones in my pod did not work. Overall, I would stay here again but not if I was looking for something that offers a high level of comfort or luxury

miso_udonnLocation and amenities is unbeatable. There is a lift which was awesome. The basement area is open 24hr to eat and chill out and has free coffee and tea too. Only downside is the mattress. It is very hard, the cushion is non existent, leaving the hard metal springs poking out. It was very uncomfortable to lie on it. This could definitely be easy improved given all the other good conditions

Tay98I stayed here on two occasions as I loved it so much I wanted to extend (but it was booked out over the weekend). As a solo traveller this place is perfect. Fantastic location right next to the MRT. So close to plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The rooms are small but absolutely perfect for what I needed. The same price as a 30 bed hostel dorm room with the privacy of your own space and much quieter. The bathroom was small but I never had to wait for a shower which I was surprised by. The whole place was always clean. Honestly I couldn’t recommend this place more I loved it!!

The location was extremely good cos it near the mrt, surrounding with good food. But the only problem is that it not soundproof, can hear people talking on the corridor, and my room air-con produce a foul smell, like someone with BO stay before me and I had to use the fragrance stick provide by the room to put on top of the air-con to reduce the stinks. I thought i was booking a hotel but it was not(it was my fault for not really checking out), had abit of trouble trying to get into the building cos it need code to access.

Guest UserThe hotel is perfectly located near the MTR station. There is no reception. It is a remote reception. There is no luggage storage area, so plan your visit accordingly. If you need luggage storage, there are lockers available at the MTR station. The rooms are small, but enough for resting. Soundproofing is very bad. You can hear everything, so don't moan too loudly when having fun, unless you like being heard. There is a 711 next door. Very convenient.

1. It's about a 10-minute walk from Ximen Station, but whether that's considered far or near is subjective.
2. The front desk is staffed until 7 PM. If you arrive after that, you'll need a password to enter, which will be sent to you via email on the day of arrival and also provided again by staff during check-in.
3. Luggage storage is available.
4. There's a water dispenser on the first floor, but it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a while.
5. The room is quite small, but you can still manage to open a 28-inch suitcase near the entrance.
6. The sink area is small.
7. The shower doesn't have a separate door, so the floor outside gets wet after showering.
8. Shampoo, shower gel, disposable slippers, a hairdryer, towels, and hangers are provided. You'll need to bring anything else yourself.

Anonymous UserOnly stayed for one night. Booked it I think the night before or the same day. It’s cheap, for a private room with TV and bathroom. It’s quiet. The front desk, was very considerate at the time. The regular check-in is at 3pm, but she let me leave my stuff and go back at 12pm. That was only about an hour of waiting or even less. Just enough to have my breakfast. They have a pet cat, it’s the cutest thing ever. Basic necessities are there. Not really a downside for me, but it’s still good to know that you gotta take a 22-step stairs, to get into the elevator. It’s just how it is. It’s in a GREAT location though. Like before entering the elevator, it’s Mala Hotpot. Before taking the stairs, it’s Family Mart. And it’s located inside the Ximending night market area. I’d actually stay here again when I come back. If I’d need a private room versus dorm type.
The only thing that needs improvement is cleaning the entire room: they haven’t cleaned the under bed really well. Like I was trying to look for my slippers, so I bent down and saw the previous disposable slippers are there too. False eyelashes. Dust. Hair. Used bottles. But if you think of it, why would you need the under bed cleaned anyway? Well at least for me. It’s not a super big deal. But I remember some people have allergies and this might trigger them. So yeah. It still needs to be improved on. And it might become source of insects, bed bags maybe? or whatsoever. Oh, and the electric pot wasn’t that clean as well. I think we shouldn’t normalize that regardless if it’s not being used often by every guest. I to use the water dispenser outside(which defeats the purpose of having your pwn kettle in your room right).
Overall, I’d still stay here for the sake of cheap price, quiet environment and its location.
