SsharonxuFinally checked into the Eslite Hotel, which I've been looking forward to! The front desk proactively upgraded us to a room with a view of Taipei 101 and the Dome, which was a delightful surprise. The hotel isn't huge, but it's well-organized and quite impressive. Breakfast is semi-buffet style, standard ********* fare, haha. Downstairs is the 24-hour Eslite Bookstore, where I picked up a few LPs. Even late at night, there were still parents bringing their kids to read there, which was lovely. Songshan Cultural and Creative Park and the Dome are both within a hundred meters, so there's plenty to explore. My only small suggestion: the towels and bath towels seem to have been used for a while as they're no longer bright white. Perhaps consider replacing them.

AAnonymous UserThe Michelin restaurant is very good, recommends their vegetarian 紅油豆腐絲 and 排骨酥。 service is top notch, amenities is can be have more variety especially gym area equipment can be better. Best is to request higher floor for a better view. Level 2 is view consider no view as facing the main road, hence no privacy.

GGuest UserGreat location, right next to Shilin Official Residence, making it very convenient to get to Beitou and Tamsui. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise and quite satisfying. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed, so I couldn't try it out. The room was a bit small, but the bathtub was surprisingly large.

GGuest UserThe internet in the room we were originally going to stay in was broken, so we couldn't watch TV. We were notified by phone before check-in and were told that there was only one accessible room left, which only had one bathtub. I agreed to change the room type at the time, but the service staff said that we could decide on the spot whether to change back to the original room type with two bathtubs. After discussing with my family, we decided to choose a room with two bathtubs because six people would have to take turns taking a hot spring bath, which would be time-consuming. So we immediately changed back to the original room type when we checked in and were successfully checked in. But after checking in, I found that in addition to the internet, this room type had other problems. The floor was hardly cleaned and was covered with sand. The pillows were moldy. The facilities were also quite old. The bathroom door was difficult to close. For some reason, the bathroom had a drain hole that was sealed, so water accumulated on the floor after taking a shower. I stayed here once before and thought it was good, so I arranged to stay here again, but the quality this time was really disappointing😿

GGuest UserI've stayed in many hotels, but this one truly deserves a perfect score! The environment is quiet and elegant, and the lobby fragrance is delightful. The facilities are brand new, and the smart toilet and shower system are incredibly convenient to use. Every staff member is smiling and always ready to help. The bedding is clean and soft, and the shower stall is spotless, without even a single water stain – a germaphobe's dream come true! I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit!
