HhuiishiThe hotel's free shuttle service from Beitou Station was fantastic! The welcome drink in the room was plum wine, which was absolutely delicious. The minibar drinks and snacks were also very tasty and completely free. Plus, there's a hot spring museum nearby, which is a great bonus! Breakfast was decent.

AAdonis_ToThe hotel boasts an excellent location. Upon exiting Xinbeitou MRT station, it's immediately visible across the road to your left. The service was also top-notch. During check-in, I was offered a unique tea, and the process was completed swiftly. A staff member assisted me with my luggage to the room, explaining the hotel's facilities and complimentary activities along the way. During my stay, activities included an escape room, a 'night witch' tour, and a yoga class. The staff also informed me about the breakfast restaurant's location, explaining that some items are a one-time serve, while others are all-you-can-eat. They even recommended the ********* beef noodles. Once in the room, they thoroughly explained its features and offered helpful tips. The hotel's proximity to the library, Beitou Geothermal Valley, and the Hot Spring Museum makes it incredibly convenient. Highly recommended!

JJeremy .KThe rooms were modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with comfortable beds and excellent soundproofing that made it easy to rest. The bathroom was well-designed, featuring modern fixtures and good water pressure, which made the stay feel very comfortable.
The hotel staff were professional, friendly, and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. Breakfast offered a great variety of fresh options, and the lobby area was welcoming with plenty of seating
The location was also excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. Overall, the stay exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend Courtyard by Marriott for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and top-notch service.

GGuest UserThe internet in the room we were originally going to stay in was broken, so we couldn't watch TV. We were notified by phone before check-in and were told that there was only one accessible room left, which only had one bathtub. I agreed to change the room type at the time, but the service staff said that we could decide on the spot whether to change back to the original room type with two bathtubs. After discussing with my family, we decided to choose a room with two bathtubs because six people would have to take turns taking a hot spring bath, which would be time-consuming. So we immediately changed back to the original room type when we checked in and were successfully checked in. But after checking in, I found that in addition to the internet, this room type had other problems. The floor was hardly cleaned and was covered with sand. The pillows were moldy. The facilities were also quite old. The bathroom door was difficult to close. For some reason, the bathroom had a drain hole that was sealed, so water accumulated on the floor after taking a shower. I stayed here once before and thought it was good, so I arranged to stay here again, but the quality this time was really disappointing😿

Location close to ximending but need to walk around 300-400 meter. Btw hotel have a free shuttle to ximending
