GGuest UserThe breakfast was plentiful and varied, and even came with alcoholic beverages. Jack Zhang, the service manager, was incredibly enthusiastic, genuinely introducing us to Beitou's cultural relics and even helping us take photos. Dinner was also great, with generous portions and delicious food. I'm so glad I brought my mom here for this trip!

SSQYCthe hotel resort was amazing! service was so good and the room was sooo cozy. amazing for couples who want a peaceful getaway! we stayed for 1 night and felt so sad that it ended so quickly. but it was the last night of our trip and it was a great way to end our taiwan trip. will definitely want to be back again for 2 nights next time to have more time to explore the city area and also to make use of more amenities.

AAdonis_ToThe hotel boasts an excellent location. Upon exiting Xinbeitou MRT station, it's immediately visible across the road to your left. The service was also top-notch. During check-in, I was offered a unique tea, and the process was completed swiftly. A staff member assisted me with my luggage to the room, explaining the hotel's facilities and complimentary activities along the way. During my stay, activities included an escape room, a 'night witch' tour, and a yoga class. The staff also informed me about the breakfast restaurant's location, explaining that some items are a one-time serve, while others are all-you-can-eat. They even recommended the ********* beef noodles. Once in the room, they thoroughly explained its features and offered helpful tips. The hotel's proximity to the library, Beitou Geothermal Valley, and the Hot Spring Museum makes it incredibly convenient. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe service, food, hot spring tub were excellent and the staff was very attentive. The only thing I wish could have been better is the outlets to plug my phone into. We couldn’t find one in the bedroom/sleep quarters (Japanese tatami). So make sure to bring a portable charger if you don’t want to be away from your phone. Another advice would be more of a treat if they provided a face mask and sleep wear. The reason I’d suggest this is because another competitor hotel of theirs provided very considerate toiletries for the ladies and I think that was a HUGE plus for me considering we spent a lot of money for one night. Anyways, overall villa 32 is great if you just want to spend a few hours to relax.

GGuest UserHotel gives the Japanese onsen vibes and looks new and modern. Staff were extremely polite, greeting you everytime u come and leave the hotel. Location slightly further uphill which gives you a sense of peace, away from the bustling town. Town is small so quite walkable to all attractions. Onsen in the room was very comfortable. Only downside is no curtains which separate the toilet and room.

AAloh2000There are a few routes to get to the hotel. We took the hard route but the shortest way to get to the hotel when we first touch down Beitou from the MRT station. So we took the side staircase route to get to the hotel, it was a short walk, a slight uphill and downhill slope to get to the hotel. We have to go through a few private apartments before we get to the hotel. Overall the hotel location is quite strategic, we can walk to the market very easily about 15-20 minutes walk to the night market. It is near to the morning wet market too. A lot of fresh vegetables and fresh fruits sold there. Bought very sweet guavas there. We tried and went back to buy even more. Oh yeah the private hot spring tub is also very relaxing too! Overall very nice stay at Beitou. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was comfortable and spacious, with good amenities and a cozy layout. I especially appreciated the private hot spring bath in the room, which allowed me to enjoy the experience in privacy. Housekeeping was efficient and the room was kept tidy throughout my stay.
The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to assist with any requests. The Doorman was very helpful and recommended places for us to visit. Their warm hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.
Overall, Chyuan Du Spring Resort is a great choice for anyone looking for a relaxing hot spring getaway. I would recommend it to couples, families, or anyone who wants to escape the city and enjoy a peaceful retreat.

AAnonymous UserI've stayed here once, so i booked again to experience. Service is okay, they said check-out time is 11, at 11am they didn't call me, or even knock the door, then at 12:00, they knocked the door to ask me check-out with an unsatisfied face, and I got the message that i check out late so i have to pay 200 late fee, they didn't even tell me that before. I forgot my stuffs there, but they didn't even text me or call me.
Plus, the room was super cold, i tried to turn off the AC, or change to fan or increase the temperature, didn't work.
