The TW Capsule Hostel is one of the newest hotels in Taipei, having been renovated in 2023. Boasting a convenient location, the hotel is just 1km from Taipei Station and 8km from Taipei Songshan Airport. In addition, Ximen Metro Station is just a short walk away. There's plenty to do nearby, with Dihua Street, Dadaocheng Dock and Taiwan Museum Railway Department Park all within a short distance. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. According to our guests, the location of this hotel is one of the best around. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling alone.

"The check-in counter is separate from the actual accommodation, and it's a self-service check-in process. The room itself is quite spacious, and the 'space capsule' bed has a basic cable TV. Due to the material of the capsules, there's quite a bit of noise when guests enter and exit, but luckily, my fellow guests were very considerate and kept quiet all night. The bathroom and toilet are separate, which is good, but the shower water temperature was very difficult to control and the water pressure was quite low, making showering a bit of a challenge. Overall, it's a hostel with no major highlights, but no significant drawbacks either."

"A very high-cost independent travel option. There is a convenience store and a post office directly opposite the hotel (buy stamps and send postcards). It is only a few minutes away from the MRT exit and Ximending business district. Even if there is a typhoon holiday during the trip, you will not be completely exhausted. Shopping with stuff."

MMr.TouristWe had a good stay at this hotel. It's conveniently located just 5 minutes from bus stops and an 8-10 minute walk to the Metro station. The room was clean, though there were some stains on the bedsheets. After I requested a change, staff promptly brought clean ones, which was great. Daily housekeeping kept everything tidy. Overall, a good choice!

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, right opposite the Y13 exit. First off, you'll need to climb stairs to reach the service counter as there's no elevator. The bathroom is en-suite, and they provide lockers. As for the bed setup, there's a small space at the head for personal items, and extra room at the foot of the bed for your luggage, backpack, and other belongings, which really helps create a more private feel. They offer a simple breakfast including toast, buns, shaomai, coffee, and tea.

SShuxiaThe location is fantastic, right behind Shin Kong Mitsukoshi. The elevators and front desk area look a bit dated, but the staff were decent. They put a large bed in the room, but because the room was small and the duvet wasn't warm enough, I got cold in the middle of the night and had to turn off the air conditioning. The kettle had dust and limescale marks. However, the bathroom was really clean, and the toilet was modern. I was genuinely surprised and impressed that the shower had two types of showerheads. It's a very good budget hotel. I'd definitely consider staying here again in the future.

MMrsLeeSeunghyunRiriInitially i thought the location of the hotel was a little off but it was not far from Taipei main station if you take the TRA, its just 1 station(much faster than taking the green line train) . And you can take the green line to go anywhere conveniently like ximen(direct line) or can change to other lines as well.. There are some convenience stores, food places and all around Songshan station so it is quite convenient to stay here .. Its about 5-10 mins walk from the station to the hotel . Upon reaching the lobby, two male staffs on duty were welcoming and friendly . My room was spacious, clean and nice ! Although a little dusty on the bed frame but everything else were clean .. Room had disposable slippers, small open wardrobe, kettle with coffee tea and mineral water bottles . Tv was huge . Can just connect to our own youtube/Netflix and nice to watch movie ! There were huge mirrors near the Tv and opposite the bed but I don't prefer having mirrors opposite the bed but its fine .. Iron board can be requested from the reception if you need it . Bathroom is clean and spacious too but with only shower gel and shampoo provided(bring your own toiletries) . The shower gel and shampoo smelled really good - like in a spa feeling . 😍 Hair dryer was provided too ! The lobby was spacious with a sofa and some tables and chairs for guests to relax or have our drinks there . There were free amenities at the lobby such as coffee machine, water dispenser, some of their local snacks and even cold drinks in the fridge ! Also, they can help to heat up our foods for us, you just need to ask them for help .. All these amenities are really helpful for guests . Such an amazing service ! 👍 Raohe night market is nearby too, about 10 mins walk if you looking for street foods or some retail shops etc .. The housekeeping aunty was a nice and sweet lady .. she probably can speak minimal english only but just show her the things that you need her to topup if you dont need her to clean your room .. 🥰 Upon checking out, we can leave our luggage and bag there at the lobby and they will pass you a small paper/card for you to retrieve back your things later . The female staffs there were kind and helpful too . Overall, its been a wonderful stay here ! Will stay here again next time . Xiexie ni, CCSH ! 💛

Check in gets faster with your reply to the property telling them what type of room you have booked and what time you'll arrive. With booming businesses and too many bookings, the staff might get entangled in mess, so partially you reply is helping them to get grounded and avoid mistakes. The property is clean, neat, nice and next to easy transport and family mart and 7e.

You can easily walk to Ningxia Night Market and Ximending in about 20 minutes, and even Dihua Street if you're up for it. Popular spots like Fuhang Soy Milk and Shuangyue Food Company are also within walking distance, so you'll have no trouble finding great food and shopping from morning till night. The guest rooms are located on the 5th to 7th floors of a multi-purpose building. While the double bed takes up most of the room, making it quite compact, there's a small indoor balcony-like space at the back. It has a compact table and chairs, perfect for eating takeout, and enough room to open your suitcase.

GGuest UserThis is a very convenient location with plenty of food and entertainment options nearby. The young men and women at the front desk were incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, thoughtful, and attentive. They helped us plan our itinerary and transportation for our trip to Hualien Yilan, and also shared recommendations for delicious food and fun activities there. The room was also quite neat and clean, overall everything was excellent. Definitely recommend!
