"We stayed at Jinya Qihai with my family, and it was recommended by a friend. The experience was fantastic! The owner was incredibly friendly, just like a friend, and gave us great tips about the local culture and customs. The common area has a mahjong/card room and the KTV sound system was pretty good. The Jiujianhai area is lovely; you can sit in your room and enjoy the ocean view all afternoon. The place was clean, and the biggest bonus was definitely the guesthouse's terrace. You get a full panoramic view of the sea and the old village. The location is just perfect! I've already recommended it to other friends. Thanks for the hospitality, boss!"

"The hotel is located on a mountain, making it especially convenient for guests with their own cars, as it's easy to get up and down the mountain. The air is fresh and the environment is beautiful, with a direct view of Fangshan Mountain. The landlady is very helpful; she sent me many helpful tips and recommendations for nearby places even before I arrived at the hotel. If passengers arriving by high-speed rail can't find a taxi down the mountain, they can ask her for a ride (for a fee). She's like a living map, describing the scenery along the way, highlighting worthwhile places to visit, and recommending good restaurants. This is perfect for lazy people who don't like to plan ahead; they can simply ask her. She recommends her homemade dumplings, which are small but made with quality ingredients, and are a good choice for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It's also a leisurely time to stroll around the apartment area in the morning. The photos in the reviews were all taken near the apartment; it's a very comfortable and relaxing place to visit during the Qingming Festival."
