"Staying at Bogorienze City Resort was one of the most enjoyable experiences this long weekend. The price was affordable, the room was clean, and the staff service was friendly and excellent. The breakfast and welcome snacks tasted great. The only downside was that only one of the three lifts was working, leading to long queues at certain times. However, I would definitely like to stay at Bogorienze City Resort again someday, and hopefully, improvements will have been made by then. Thank you."

"The hotel is really nice. The rooms are spacious and clean with large bathroom space and cozy terrace to lay back and watch the pool view. The pool is the main attraction, it stretches midway between two curving blocks of rooms, looks refreshing and clean. The restaurant is not big, but not small either, the food is quite decent, they serve the usual breakfast options like, fried rice, chicken, eggs, noodles, cereals, soto, pastries, toasts, porridges, Indomie, salad and fruits. It's a convenient hotel for family staycation. I may return here when I have the chance."

BiyanThe rooms are fine, clean, and offer great views of the pool, Mount Salak, and city lights from rooms 901-915. For a direct view of the middle of the pool, room 904 is ideal, but for a wider panoramic view when the hotel is full, rooms 905-912 are better.
The kids' play area currently only has a slide and a swing; it would be great if more options could be added.
For the buffet, children aged 7-10 pay 90k, while those over 10 are charged 180k, the same as adults. It's a bit disappointing that for that price, the menu variety is still quite limited.
The parking lot is spacious. This place is still new, and the service is good, friendly, and efficient.

Guest UserWe stayed here when visiting Taman Safari. It's about a 20-minute walk to the safari, but the hills are quite steep both ways, so if you're not up for it, you might want to arrange a Grab or other car service. The room was clean and very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had an excellent variety, with different dishes served every day.
Unlike hotels in Jakarta, they don't sell alcoholic beverages, and there aren't any convenient stores nearby for quick shopping. So, if you're coming from Jakarta, it might be a good idea to stock up on supplies beforehand.

Guest UserHad a pleasant say on Eid al-Adha with my little family. The breakfast served Nasi Kebuli, Opor, Rendang, and choices of Indonesian food so we can taste Raya Day in an elevated way (+with no hustle!)✨ There’s plenty of Western Food choices as well. The hotel also arranged Eid prayer on the ballroom. Tried 3 of the pools here and all of them have no warm water. Although a warm pool (esp for kids) might be nice to have, considering the weather a lil bit cold. Hoping we can come back soon✨

We booked a deluxe premier room and requested anniversary decorations. To our surprise, upon entering the room, there were decorations and a cake, exactly as requested (not all hotels accommodate requests like this in our experience). There are many facilities for children, including kids' activities. It's perfect for a family staycation, and there are many good restaurants in the area around the hotel too. TRIEZEThe 2 bedroom unit was spacious especially the master bedroom. What surprised me the most was the pantry! From rice cooker, microwave, dining utensils and even a coffee machine were provided and worked well, we got the cook some simple food. The fridge was medium size, all TVs were working. Even though ACs only available inside the bedrooms, the living room did not feel hot at all in the afternoon. Had a great 2 nights with the family and looking forward to another stay. Also, the front desk was superb! The room was not ready when we checked in, he quicjly gave us 2 voucher for teabreak set ❤️ We got to enjoy some tea/coffee with cakes while waiting when we have received a welcome drink the moment we arrived. They also gave us a free 15mins photo session with 1 framed photo, lovely 👍

Overall was ok, breakfast they will sent to the room, I got fried rice everyday, got water outside the room you can refill anytime, in the room you will got towel and toothbrush only, the rest remember to bring your self, room is ok as deluxe standard. The first day we stay got one student group camp there, 95% usage by them very super Noisy can't sleep at all, they have activities till Midnight, the whole two day was miserable, they owner should not open if they have big group staying OMG😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. But if No group booking must be peaceful. You can consider to stay, makesure to ask no big group booking.
There's 24hour cafe opposite only, the other cafe also nice. Surrounded by pine trees.
The pool is used by 100 pax student and they was using it 2days and after they finish the pool super dirty and oily and the staff didn't clean it.

Facility is clean. Room is very clean and compliment with bottled water, etc the usual amenities. Room sleeper a little bit uncomfortable as it made with hard plastic. It is open hotel design, so the heat from daytime temperature immediate hit your face whenever you get out of room. Parking is a bit of challange as it is not enough if it is full occupancy. It is a bit far from places, such as mall, etc. The entrance to hotel also a bit chaotic as it is right on the crisscross from 2 road into 1 road.
Honestly it is a bit pricey for the location and room/hotel design. Swimming pool is in the middle of hotel so privacy is non existance. Other than that, I slept soundly in my room and enjoyed my stay. Check in fast and no drama. The only small concern is everybody can access each floor through elevator as it doesnt required room key to access each floor.
